I was informed that my vehicle had the remote start option, I later found out that I can only remote start if I pay for the on-star service. George was pretty knowledgeable about my car. He was very helpful during the buying process. When I returned to the dealership to have my vehicle detailed William assisted me while George was busy other clients. However the purchase of my vehicle ended up costing more than it should have with the numbers that we ran with Shawn the sales manager. I didn’t get a copy of the price list. ~Shelly

Although it was unfortunate that not more than 12 months had passed since I had to have work done on my car, it was with complete satisfaction that I was able to come back to Caliber Collision and enjoy yet another positive and satisfying experience. Attention to detail and high-quality work is what I desired and is what I received in a timely and very personable manner. The customer service I received, from the receptionist to the lead technician, was superb. It is extremely comforting to know my decision to return to Caliber was the right move. The completed work looked as if the damage never occurred. Although it is not my desire to be in sch a position again, if my vehicle ever needs thorough and quality body repair, I will return to Caliber- specifically this branch- with a quickness. Twice in the past week (once at each of my shops) they have told me they had the part and would deliver the next day; when the next day comes around they don't show up and then you call them and they say the part is no good. ~Jake

Took my car here after it needed some work to the back and side after a collision. They were amazing, from booking the appointment to pick up time. Brian was very attentive and polite. If you want to order online DON’T DO IT. Might as well order at the place and wait because it takes just as long. I ordered online and got to the place after the time I was told to get there and the cashier attended two people and got their food to them before me. All I ordered was 2 empanadas and a tamal de elote. Terrible service. Plus us the empanadas we’re gross. ~Jennifer

Went to the car was here because the reap car wash was closed. Got the $8 deluxe wash. Cane out with all the dirt the car had, just wet. So I go in and he gives me another wash, but only gives me a basic wash. If the "Deluxe" didnt do it, why would the basic wash. Next time just wait for the actual car wash around the corner to be open and just go there. Horrible wash! ~Tommy

Pump 11 broken. I offered to tie a bag on it so people don’t continue to drive up to it. He said no, he’ll do it after the line goes down. In the meantime customers are continuously driving up to a pump they can’t use. Seriously ridiculous.!!!!!! ~Yvette

My experience was fantastic! I forget the managers name that assisted me yesterday evening (Ron maybe) Fromm AT&T-Potomac Mills. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in upgrading my phone , transferring files from the old phone to new phone, and getting my daughter set up with my old phone. Great salesman, great manager, extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. I traveled about 50 plus mikes just so that I could use this location. They are awesome and always get me what I need. I've had very bad experiences at the store closer to my home , which is why the Woodbridge Potomac Mills location is always my go to for everything!
