Best cell phone accessory store in Woodbridge, Virginia (VA) 2024

My experience was fantastic! I forget the managers name that assisted me yesterday evening (Ron maybe) Fromm AT&T-Potomac Mills. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in upgrading my phone , transferring files from the old phone to new phone, and getting my daughter set up with my old phone. Great salesman, great manager, extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. I traveled about 50 plus mikes just so that I could use this location. They are awesome and always get me what I need. I've had very bad experiences at the store closer to my home , which is why the Woodbridge Potomac Mills location is always my go to for everything! I left my laptop with them for 5 days, and they were not able to fix my issue or find out what was wrong with hit. They claim that they tried, but were not able. When I called on the last day(they gave up on my laptop and I don't know when they were gonna call me), the person that answered the phone just said 'hello', and that's it. I asked about my laptop, and he just says 'yeah, we couldn't fix it'. That was all. I had to ask further questions, to get more of an answer. Anyways, I took my laptop to a gentleman that works on computers from his home, and he totally restored and improved my laptop. ~Kwadwo
