Angel, was a God-send in helping to resolve and international issue that left a family member stranded and no access to her device. Additionally, managers Rob and Kevin were supportive and assisted in resolving the issue after another AT&T store refused to help. I had contemplated changing from Verizon to AT&T, but after leaving the other store, whose customer service was awful, I determined to remain with Verizon. However, the superior customer support received from Angel, Robert, and Kevin. I decided the switch service providers. Being in customer support and managing support teams for more than forty years, I understand the critical and sensitive nature of dealing with people. Extraordinary! Phenomenal! and Superb! is how I describe my experience with the staff at the Potomac Mills ATT Wireless store. Jackie

My experience was fantastic! I forget the managers name that assisted me yesterday evening (Ron maybe) Fromm AT&T-Potomac Mills. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in upgrading my phone , transferring files from the old phone to new phone, and getting my daughter set up with my old phone. Great salesman, great manager, extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. I traveled about 50 plus mikes just so that I could use this location. They are awesome and always get me what I need. I've had very bad experiences at the store closer to my home , which is why the Woodbridge Potomac Mills location is always my go to for everything! Great job!!

Miri was AMAZING! She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable! My husband and I were in the store for only a few minutes before she came over to assist us. She took her time and consulted us at the highest level. Very knowledgeable about the varoius products and plans provided by AT&T. If you go there definitely ask for her.

My Customer Service Rep, Montserrat Riddle, was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and very attentive and professional. I transferred my service from T Mobile to AT&T and will NEVER look back!

Today March 20th, 2022 I tried to buy a prepaid SIM card for a short stay but a salesman named Hector tried to trick me into buying a new phone by falsely claiming AT&T would not support dual SIM phones such as my unlocked OnePlus 8 Pro. I explained him three times that this cannot be accurate, that there are plenty of OnePlus owners (OnePlus phones come only as dual SIM) reporting working AT&T service on the internet and that he should better verify his information but he refused and repeated his false claim.
