Worst experience ever. We made an online order for several items, received an email that our order was ready for pickup. When we got to the store the lady asked what size photos we were picking up, I said it’s an online order not photos she told “I’m not from this store I don’t know anything”. So only one item was available for pickup out of the several we ordered. She called someone because she was from another store as “shift-leader”. That person told her they were probably out of stock which is why our order was not there, but everything we ordered was sitting on the shelves. We ordered online to take advantage of coupons and was alerted that our order was ready but ok. We asked ok, who can help us? We received nothing but argumentative behavior and was even told to go ahead and leave by the even more unpleasant “security” . I even said to the security to stop speaking to my 60 year old mother the way she was. So disrespectful, worst experience of my life. We went to another store which we didn’t even order from and they simply pulled the items and gave us the products for the same online price. Shout out to Kia at the Five Forks location you went above and beyond. Amika and the security from the memorial location need customer service training from you.

They stand around chatting while the line inside and in the Drive thru just gets longer and longer. If your pin a rush to get your medication don't bother signing up for delivery. They tell you one thing when you call to check up on a prescription however on the same day you can go in and now all of a sudden your prescription isn't there or it's been cancelled. Save your energy. Only come here if you don't mind the bull.
