Best computer software store in Woodbridge, Virginia (VA) 2024

I left my laptop with them for 5 days, and they were not able to fix my issue or find out what was wrong with hit. They claim that they tried, but were not able. When I called on the last day(they gave up on my laptop and I don't know when they were gonna call me), the person that answered the phone just said 'hello', and that's it. I asked about my laptop, and he just says 'yeah, we couldn't fix it'. That was all. I had to ask further questions, to get more of an answer. Anyways, I took my laptop to a gentleman that works on computers from his home, and he totally restored and improved my laptop. ~Kwadwo
