She also tried any and every discount to help me get the best price and even got me a better rate and price overall a few days after I had already purchased! Lovely waiting area. i originally came in for transmission service for a TSB "tech service bulletin" on my Spark. While they were replacing the transmission , i was wandering around and checking out prices and sizes on various SUV models. Donald Akyaw of sales greeted me. Was polite, professional and knew his models. I did not intend to purchase but we came to an agreement on the options, incentives and got a good price of the Equinox RS after adding in my "trade" of the repaired Spark. It took some hours of negotiating but in the end i feel the price after incentives and removal of clear-coat fee was fair. i ended up buying an extended warranty after it got placed on a "sale " price and i got a fair interest rate for todays market . no i did not have to get floor mats and nobody tried to keep my drivers license after the test drive ;>) all good and no worries there. Hold your ground, come in with good credit and patience...then everything will be fine . All in all, a good buying experience. Thanks Mr. Akyaw.

I was informed that my vehicle had the remote start option, I later found out that I can only remote start if I pay for the on-star service. George was pretty knowledgeable about my car. He was very helpful during the buying process. When I returned to the dealership to have my vehicle detailed William assisted me while George was busy other clients. However the purchase of my vehicle ended up costing more than it should have with the numbers that we ran with Shawn the sales manager. I didn’t get a copy of the price list.

From the time we arrived TJ was great. First impressions go a long way with me. He heard what I wanted and didn’t. He worked with me and understood the assignment. Great customer service, knowledge and personality. Would definitely do business with him again and a third time with Lindsay.

We where very satisfied with the customer care that they gave to us while we were at their facility, they offered us drinks and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and courteous they opening the doors for us and made we were comfortable. They worked with us on the overall price of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

As a whole I found the process to be just okay. My salesman Mario was probably the highlight of the experience I found him to be helpful, friendly and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. I would work with him again and I would highly recommend Mario to others who may find themselves going to purchase a vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet. I was not thrilled with my experience with the sales manager I worked with. There were a few questions that I had asked in which he said Finance would handle those questions and he did not have that information at that time. When I got to finance and the information was presented to me the finance staff member informed me that the Sales Manager would have had those details and could/should have shared that information with me earlier. If it was documented on the paperwork it was not clear or if it was it was not effectively explained to answer my questions. I really enjoy my truck and I am happy with the purchase. I am not opposed to returning to the dealership in the future however it was not the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle.

I found Lindsay Chevy dealer to be top quality, in both cars and service. Phone rep and reception staff were courteous. Sales guy Bobby was also true professional: very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful with my needs. He took time and patience, and was thorough in guiding me through the purchase process. His service also did not stop when I drove off the lot; he followed up days later, and answered all my questions entirely. The financing consultant did a great job as well, and of course, I am very satisfied and love my new Chevy!

This was the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle ever. I would have to say my sales person Ms. Stacy was amazing. She was courteous, kind, and down to earth. She was fair, she was transparent. She built a relationship with me, she understood my needs and Most importantly She did not force me. It was like she read the manual on how to treat a customer. She wasn’t unfair or deceptive . I definitely will recommend others to visit this location and ask for Stacy you will not regret it and if you happen to see this google review Ms Stacy Thanks again for the ride to Enterprise. That was the icing on the cake for me over and beyond for the customer.
