Sean Summers in the used car department is an asset to this company! He was genuine, honest, funny, knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed the entire transaction with him. Prior to RK we had visited two other dealerships. One was a decent trip but did not have the vehicles I was interested in, the next was awful! We decided on one more place before we had had enough, especially having our kid with us through it all. The moment we walked up to the place Sean met us and almost immediately got to work. We wanted to trade our vehicle in for one of there’s that we saw. Him and the staff there worked hard to make our budget/cost work for all parties. After a short time it was as if Sean was a friend, he made us feel very comfortable. He even had our son laughing and enjoying the whole experience. He answered all questions we asked. He was was terrific! As was everyone we encountered there, they were all very kind. Overall we would absolutely recommend RK used auto and Sean!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from RK, and had an amazing experience with Dorinda. Not only were we able to come to a fair price for my trade in, but also my purchase. We were able to avoid the countless back and forth negotiations I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. I decided to come here because I saw a used car I was interested online. When I was asked questions about price and details the sales person listed and wrote in down. Then we walked around and he pointed out options. He was good about getting a car that didn’t have damage. He seemed like a nice person. I saw some I thought are nice, so we test drove those cars. Later, after asking about how much car was when I found out how much out of budget this car was. Then I was offered financing, when I was just there to look. I told the sales guy it way much, so he asked his sales manger to come in. The manger talked and wouldn’t take no for an answer. I had to repeat myself many times that this car wasn’t in budget. I felt like he wanted that car off the lot yesterday. But quota or no quota you should force people in to a car way out of budget.

I inquired about a work vehicle online. Quentin called me and told me they had several vehicles that might work, including one for $1950 and another close in price. He discussed a sale that might allow me up to $1500 for a trade in as long as I could drive it on the lot. I pointed out that I am coming from an hour away and this would be interrupting my dinner. He assured me it would be worth my time. He couldn't have been more wrong. When I got there the vehicles he priced on the phone mysteriously weren't shown to us after we insisted that a current inspection was a deal breaker. The next truck he showed us was great, except for him refusing to get a price for us. He wanted us to drive it first. We stood firm. Expressed our displeasure with the waste of our time and gas. Pointed out the option of reviews being left online, to our personal friends and to professional contacts. He didn't just fail to make an effort to get a price, he refused. Didn't even pull a phone out of his pocket to call the office across the lot or offer to walk back (he'd already gone in to get the keys). He just refused, multiple times. As we walked off the lot to our car, he rushed ahead and brought out a manager, Hannah I believe. As we had already wasted enough time, we simply left, careful not to drive on the toes of the totally flustered manager standing next to our car. We will not be buying from them. I really hope they don't call me again as I would hate to have to waste more time reporting it to the FCC as harassment.

I recently purchased a vehicle from RK Auto and couldn’t be happier. The salesman Quentin and Finance Manager Perry answered all my questions in a professional manner and made the purchase rather simple. If your looking for a good deal on a vehicle and can do without it turning into a hassle, give them a call.

Initially, I gave RK a 5 star review. After finally getting delivery on the truck, the salesperson should get a 5 star, and if I could give a negative review for the rest of the experience I would. We were treated well by the sakeseperson. Heather was able to assist my daughter select a few trucks for me to make sure they would be able to do the multitude of things she expects this truck to be able to do over the next several years. We finally decided on a 2007 GMC SIERRA 2500HD 4x4. An inaccurate KBB printout showed the trucks value at $19000, an accurate one we saw after closing the deal at $14,500 showed the actual KBB at closer to $16,000. The sales manager played games with my daughter, and rushed her off to the bank to get a cashiers check promising her the truck would be ready to go that evening. Demanded immediate payment, and then could/would not produce the truck as promised. The state inspection was expired, and although the service department was still open, we were told (after making us wait over an hour and a half) that it would be first in line to be inspected in the morning. What a lie! We weren't able to pick up the truck until after 3PM (causing my daughter to be late for work). And that was after several calls where no one was available, or knew what was going on, etc. to the used car department. After driving away, we noticed a couple of things that now make us believe this was rubber stamp inspection. I NEVER RECCOMMEND PURCHASING A USED VEHICLE AT RK CHEVEROLET.
