Best auto repair shop in Virginia Beach, Virginia (VA) 2025

So I had my tires balanced and rotated and I specifically requested that the tires be pumped up and at their correct psi since I had just bought the suv…. I should have known that they wouldn’t do anything extra because I had to go put air in my tire since I could see it was low and I decided to check all of them to make sure they did what I requested….. they did not… all 4 of my tires were at 20psi and below….. mind you I have a big suv and they are supposed to be at 40-50psi….. I had to spend at least 30 mins after I got off work at 9:30pm filling up all tires when it should have been done in the first place…very disappointing since the customer service at the front desk was very nice. ~Courtney

I can't say enough good things. Ray was polite, knowledgeable, patient and FAST. I called on Wednesday and the car was picked up at around 7 am the next morning.
