I took my car in for inspection here, the mechanic said it needed $1000 repair to pass inspection, and was very rude when I asked questions about the "required" repair. Then I took the car to someone else on the same day, it passed inspection with no issues. You decide.

On vacation in Virginia Beach from NY where my tire got a nail in it. Spoke with Mark and brought my vehicle in which he was going to patch. Upon removing the tire he brought to my attention that the tire was cracking and separating and suggested new back tires. They were both the original tires, 13 years old and were in fact cracking. Mark spared me a potential tire blow out. Bravo to him and that service center.

The front desk woman is very friendly. Make sure you tell them to call you before doing ANY repairs. They will charge you $40 for replacing a light bulb without even asking you if you want them to do it.

So I had my tires balanced and rotated and I specifically requested that the tires be pumped up and at their correct psi since I had just bought the suv…. I should have known that they wouldn’t do anything extra because I had to go put air in my tire since I could see it was low and I decided to check all of them to make sure they did what I requested….. they did not… all 4 of my tires were at 20psi and below….. mind you I have a big suv and they are supposed to be at 40-50psi….. I had to spend at least 30 mins after I got off work at 9:30pm filling up all tires when it should have been done in the first place…very disappointing since the customer service at the front desk was very nice.

Wanted to take the time out to thank Mark and Melissa for their hard work and integrity. It has been a month since they fixed my truck and PT cruiser and both are running like they're new. Not to mention I wasn't over priced. After 3 years of living in Virginia Beach, I have finally found the place to go. I highly recommend this place. Mark was working the front back and even took calls on his day off. Thank you both again.

Outstanding in every way...Honest and strait forward, the repair was great and the fact that they stand by their work I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. _ They replaced a part, a few days later the part failed, they took it in and again replaced the same part with no hassle- . Car is doing great!!
