This dude is awesome. I wake up Sunday morning and my car won't shift gears. The gear shift cable busted. Tow the car to Rayall"s at 10 a.m. and bam, it's ready at 2. The repair costs I saw online were well above $200. Got my car fixed and he told me about a few other minor issues for under $200. This is my new mechanic because he's awesome. He replaced a wheel bearing and told me that yes, it could be the result of driving through a flood. Then when my insurance company called him, on a 3-way call, he said something totally different. They “led” him to say it was the result of wear and tear, so he did! I heard bc I was on the call. Then my insurance company refused to pay the claim. I was so angry. I dropped the insurance company but still, why change your story just to make the insurance company happy? And the paying customer furious??

Amazing service! My son and I were on a road trip and broke down on a Sunday. Rayalls was open and available and fixed my car on the same day!! We are on our way!

Horrible man, rude and incompetent. Did not fix my AC and still charged for it. Could not get refund on the part because he damaged it and the company voided the warranty therefore I was out if pocket for $800. Do not go there, he will overcharge and still not repair your vehicle.

I travelled with the wife & kids from New York City to Virginia Beach for 4th of July weekend. After a 8 hour ride the engine light started to flash. I don’t know mechanical terms but Ray stayed up all night to take the engine apart then fix it. __ I thought it would cost a lot but his price is reasonable. We were able to get back on the road in time and enjoy Virginia Beach

I can't say enough good things. Ray was polite, knowledgeable, patient and FAST. I called on Wednesday and the car was picked up at around 7 am the next morning. My car randomly started making a pretty obnoxious noise on a Saturday afternoon. Wanting it handled before I head back to work on Monday I searched for someone open on a Saturday afternoon that could possibly have it diagnosed by Sunday. Rayalls was the only person who was open who also guaranteed the turn around time and was open about his diagnostic pricing. I call up and he said to bring the car right over and the moment he heard my car turn on he said he basically knew what the issue was. Was able to leave the car with him Saturday night and was welcomed with a phone call from him the next afternoon saying not only did he find the issuer, he had fixed it and the car was ready for pick up! Excellent service, excellent pricing, AMAZING turn around time. I will absolutely be using this shop for all future car inspections/problems. I am blown away at his service! Here is my experience. I decided to go to Virginia Beach to spend my labor day weekend with my family. I drove 4 hours but made it to my destination safely. Suddenly my car breaks down on me at 8 PM on Sunday. I was desperate to find a mechanic and I came across Rayalls Auto Repairs. Let me say how beyond grateful I am to have found this Auto Repair!🙏 Mr. Ray took my call at 8 PM and said he would fix my car the very next morning which was Labor Day!!!! I don't know about you guys but I don't know too many mechanics that work on Sunday evenings and holidays🤯 and Mr. Ray was available. He literally saved my life and my car❤ He told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a very fair and affordable price to fix it. I was happy and blessed. He was very professional, honest, reliable, and very humble! If you ever find yourself with car problems then go to Mr. Ray!
