My modified Jeep SRT was stolen from this dealership July 13, 2022 and has not been paid off as of the date on this review. Dealership's director and sales manager won't return my calls. Ticket thieves acquired traveling thru DC the night of, has not been paid. Dealership has not offered compensation, new car purchase, discount off a new sell, and won't return my calls. Dealership's lame insurance company refused to pay my rental, now fees are $2000, has fake contact info on their emails, only called once from a restricted number. Can't purchase a new car until the old account is paid in full. I'm out of patience. Contacting BBB next.

Such an amazing experience at the (new) Ourisman Dodge dealership. My salesperson, Dominique was a pleasure to work with. She answered questions before I arrived, had paper work done to reduce my time spent purchasing the vehicle, and had the best follow up I’ve ever had from buying a vehicle. This dealership also had a concierge, Jennifer who helped me to understand extra services they provided but not in a pushy way at all. My finance manager, Daniel, was very clear on pricing and payments, and worked above and beyond with me to get into what I felt comfortable with. I had a great conversation with him as well, and I believe that is a common theme for the staff here - I felt like I was able to temporarily join a group of people who really enjoyed their jobs and put the customer at heart. Will definitely be buying another vehicle in the future.

Everything went well - especially Samee (our salesman). He patiently showed us all of the cars we expressed interest in, and then gave us the keys to drive a few. He offered us something to drink and was very pleasant. He negotiated on our behalf with the manager on the price. He followed up our visit with a text to say that he would be getting us the remote start feature for our phone. The finance manager was also very polite. Finally, watching my daughter ring the gong after getting her first car was priceless! First-class!

I really had no intention of trading in my 19 Dodge Durango, but Basil D-ike worked with me and gave me everything I asked for. He was respected of my wishes and didn't pressure me into anything, and continually kept me updated on everything going on. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and am highly appreciative of him and all.those I worked with yesterday at CDJR Ourisman.

Not the best experience I've had since buying my jeep in 2017. Replacement spark plugs were recommended to be replaced, even though they were only a few months old. Understand that was based off of mileage, however the plugs were clearly new. Price adjusted accordingly, however higher quality spark plugs were removed. Received a call from salesman immediately after having the car looked at, to buy the car, was not well informed and a bit overbearing. The salesman bit "we can beat any price out there" doesn't still work does it? Had my jeep brought in to have a tire sensor changed, was given a quote for it, which was out of my budget, but still charged for diagnostics and had documentation fee added? Not a good image. *edit - Eric, thanks for your well documented and detailed response. Not certain that is my vehicle or the problem I was addressing. For clarification, Eric the Service Manager made a note here on a different customer's issue, was trying to make the point that I was wrong. Deleted after I corrected him.

Drove over 2 hours to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler. Great experience from start to finish. The price the sales manager promised over the phone was honored. Ryan, our salesman was super helpful going over all of the features. Sham got us a better interest rate than we were initially approved for through our credit Union. New Wrangler is awesome!

I had the best experience ever at Ourisman CDJR of Woodbridge! My sales professional Jack was outstanding! The sales managers David and Moe were exceptional! My Concierge Deedee was phenomenal and Dan was above and beyond! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ll certainly alt be back in the future!

UPDATE2: I got my Jeep back from the service center and I am still a bit miffed by the service center manager run around with the rental/loaner which cost me an additional 40 mile drive. However the running boards look great, the trailer hitch looks good, and the other service center personnel and cashier were very friendly and professional. Just goes to show you how one persons behavior can completely change the outcome for customer satisfaction. I had a 5 star sales experience, 2 star service manager experience, the save bringing it back up to 4 stars was the friendly reception to pickup my Jeep and the cashier taking care of me to complete the transaction. Love the Jeep we purchased.... UPDATE: Still very happy with my Jeep purchase, but not so much with my first service visit. The parts for our new Jeep arrived, and so I coordinated to bring my Jeep in to have them installed. At that time I was also informed that an Enterprise standard rental car had been reserved and that I needed to arrive before 4pm to check-in to the service department. I take time off from work to get to the dealership “on-time” to have the service manager push an Uber on me. I inform him I need the rental or a loaner just to be told there are no rental cars after 3pm. Needless to say I had to take my Jeep back home with me. Frustrating to say the least, and especially if this is any indication of things to come. I don’t ask for a lot, but honesty and integrity are two big things in my book and not being prepared to take care of the customer at the service check-in is troubling. An Uber may be okay for someone living nearby, but I live 20 miles away. Buying a car for me is very stressful, and although there’s no way to avoid the amount of time spent at the dealership Nahom really made my experience. I had a lot of questions and my wife had more, but between Nahom and Mo they really closed the deal with us. The effort they put forth really made me feel comfortable that we made a great decision in purchasing our new Jeep from Lustine.

They were fair and polite. Very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. The test drive was very thorough and easy. I think we came to a very equitable agreement in just mere minutes after we started talking numbers. They didn’t push the extras too much. They let me come back the next day with the title for my trade in and a check for the balance. Marcel was a great salesman…….he knew his stuff and was very reasonable. Again, I’m very happy and would buy there again.

Could not have been happier with the experience and purchase from Lustine in Woodbridge. First off, we had a terrible experience at another dealership in Sterling so we were trying to be as clear and upfront with what we wanted/needed and Mai our salesperson was PHENOMENAL. We were able to get transparent pricing, finance options, and Mai was great with taking little video snapshots of features that we were looking for in the truck (the ONLY time I have ever seen this done but helped us out a ton!). Mai also took time out to send a video introducing her, and the truck, which made us feel like we were actually visiting in person. Shortly after that and the pricing we decided to move forward. Financing there was great too. Obviously they go through their optional packages etc. like all dealerships do; however, they were very hands off and didn't push which I really appreciated. When we decided to finalize everything and physically go get the truck, I was in and out in under an hour (You can't beat that). Overall, this was clearly the best car dealership experience we have had. It was worth the trek out from about 45 min / 1 hour away for the simplicity in the purchase and helpfulness of the staff. Be sure to ask for Mai if you go, she was great! We love our new truck!
