Please use caution. It appears that some of these salesman can be slick with their words, in order to get a sale. I purchased a vehicle from here, under emergency circumstances. I was told that registration would be taken care of on their end. That wasn’t too far fetched, because I’ve purchased a car through Carvana, and it was taken care of. Here it is days before my 30 day tags expire, I called in because I hadn’t heard from anyone. I was told something totally different from the guy Jared that answered the phone, and was told there’s nothing they can do. He was extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manger. He placed me on hold and just came back to the phone repeating himself. Then when I asked why wasn’t I connected with a manager as requested, he claims no one was available.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I purchased a vehicle from here on 6/7/2022 drove it for two weeks and almost had a accident sliding into the traffic trying to stop at a light. I knew something was wrong immediately and that it for sure was not safe! I took it into the shop as soon as that happened. Major bolts where loose under the hood, major oil leak,and the abs unit had to be replaced. Thankfully I was covered under the 30 day warranty so the $2000 worth of work did not have to come out of my pocket! My car took two weeks to repair because the unit was coming from Michigan resulting in me spending $700 on a rental during that time, on top of paying a $100 deductible. They say “rental reimbursement” so I at least knew I didn’t have to worry about that to find out the maximum amount for reimbursement is $300! 6 weeks after that there is a coolant leak in the upper heater hose, the vehicle also has a blown head gasket, they performed a cylinder leakage test and number 2 and 3 cylinder are leaking into the coolant system! $2800 to repair and they are refusing to do anything about it! I even asked switch out into another car at the least especially knowing that Bridgecrest is their finance company. I was transferred to their customer service where the guy was extremely rude and informed me there was nothing he could do about it and I could have the mechanic submit a claim but he’s positive it will be denied! Then why would I waist my time if they are gonna deny it anyway? Now I’m stuck with a $411 car note and a $11,000 loan. Please don’t ever go to this place all they do is sell lemons. After purchasing now I hear so many negative reviews from friends and coworkers I wish I knew this before. Absolute disappointment! NOBODY should have to go through this type of situation without remedy. Please save your time and money!!!!!!!!

Drivetime is ALRIGHT at best, I wouldn’t recommend it to my bosses cat. BUT THIS DRIVETIME IN WOODBRIDGE AREA is the worse car dealership known to land, how are you guys still in business may I ask? You’d honestly believe these reviews were legit but I’m starting to feel as if those are forged reviews by employees and known associates. Save your money please, go to auto giants about a mile up the street from there. Oh and to mention drivetime uses Bridgecrest bank which is already a NO GO starting there. You’re welcome ahead of time.

This was a hassle free, Easy vehicle purchasing experience. Christopher and Jamiqueca and Brian were all attentive to our purchasing needs and were always pleasant to work with. I purchased a 2014 Ford fusion for my mother, and she loves not only the experience but the vehicle as well. Again I want to thank all of you guys for making the whole process easier, understandable last but not least Simple. I would give you guys 10 out of 10 stars. Excellent excellent team Drivetime Woodbridge.

I was in the market for another vehicle as my son's was totaled a few weeks prior and we as a family had been sharing 2 cars among 3 adults that all work full time. I did the Drivetime app online and was approved for a really good amount. I must admit i was definitely skeptical, I have dealt with other car dealers and was currently in the process of purchasing another vehicle locally from a dealer I have purchased from before that dealer became unresponsive and it fell through. Nevertheless I was working with Anthony to begin with and the choices I wasnt to thrilled about. I asked Christopher Blackspear to send more vehicles and I would put down a higher down payment. He sent a few more and all those choices I liked. I reviewed with my husband and we agreed on one. I called Christopher and let him know my choice. My husband and I drove an hour and when we pulled up the car was right in front. We took it out with the check list and we both loved it. Maybe was gone 15 or 20 minutes. We came bck and I signed the contract paid my down payment and was in and out in an hour to hour and a half. Christopher was very approachable and relatable. My husband and I actually had just purchased a vehicle a few months prior and was so impressed that we have already told our 19 year son what steps Christopher recommended he take and we'll be back for my husband a vehicle in the next year!! And my son in the next 6 months! Christopher thanks for making this process so easy and stress free! You are definitely appreciated, even though you are a Yankees fan! Have a wonderful day.
