I visited this location while traveling w/my coworker for her birthday. Surprised at some of the reviews because the workers were very attentive to us. It was tax free wknd and they had a great sale. If I return to Houston I would definitely go back. The hat and shirt is from this location, as well as all jeans and another shirt not pictured for a price only of $121.

When I walked in hardly nobody spoke to greet me including the manager then you had to literally go find someone to help you ! The person that helped me today couldn’t even focus cause she was on FaceTime with someone!!! The customer service is not good and I love coming to city gear guess I’ll be looking for another one to go to .

The whole team today had great energy, but special shout out to Terry! I went looking for the Hyper Royal 13’s for my husband at 3 different stores & nobody at either store offered to look around for me OR tell me that I could simply order them and still have them shipped before Christmas. Terry went above & beyond. Terry needs a raise. I appreciate you, thanks again.

Just walked out .... ridiculous customer service. They have a poor selection..... the young lady at the counter didn’t speak to me nor my son... they young man came from the back asked if we needed help but his attitude wasn’t any better! They need to close this location or DO better with customer service and product.

The sales lady did not acknowledge my presents in the store needs to be retrained on how to greet people who come in the store my experience was not good i felt ignored

If you don't like listening to loud rap music with profanity, or salesmen using profanity, don't take your child here. It's an adult environment!! Very unprofessional. And that goes for both locations on Fondren.

Everytime ive stopped by service has been sup par. . .but today i stopped to see if they had the baroque 1s but they didnt but the young lady helped me out was soo sweet and nice def made my WHOLE day that much better. . thank you lady with the backwards hat on its much appreciated it!
