These people are rip off artists. They changed me full price, even though I used a Capital One card. Then, they didn't want to give me a receipt so they could hide the full price charge. I got my receipt and when I saw the scam, I asked for a refund. These people are thieves and liars, make sure you check your receipt.

Great place. AC, plugs on most tables, mood's relaxed, nice staff and clean too. Do mind that you can hear musicians outside if you sit in the front for better or for worse

This place is a joke. They don’t even have coffee because they claim to be short staffed but they have 3 people to check your vaccination card just to sit down or use the restroom. You also have to stand in certain areas because of covid and can’t set anything down or use any furniture. I’m a capital one card holder and that means nothing here apparently.

Visiting Hollywood for the first time, in desperate need for a restroom and wandered into the cafe. The staff was overwhelming nice, gave me a goodie bag for being a Capital One customer AND let me use the bathroom. 10/10!

I walked in ready to raise hell as I had a very bad experience with a phone operator. When I arrived I was directed to a gentleman by the name of David Brown his calm demeanor and reassure made me feel a little more at ease. He went above and beyond and even got my kids some hot chocolate while he sorted out my problem. Everyone in the building is lovely but David was hands down my go to for anything. David needs a raise ASAP!

Does anyone know? Are the ATMs here in a closed or side off room for after hours access? I finally found a cafe with 24/7 ATMs but this location would be much much better for me. Please allow 24/7 access to Cafe ATMs!

I got a Credit Card of the same as Caffe name. Anything online now can be popped out as cafe or some other cozy est reminding u about Ads and advantages of their site. RZED
