Everyone is so friendly and my drinks are perfectly made. Today I tried for the first time in this coffee shop a caramel latte and it’s really good.

Unfriendly service and bathroom was filthy. Coffee was good but over priced

This shop always has the nicest baristas and is a favorite in the community. When it is sunny on Saturdays and Sundays, the tables outside are full because everyone loves it so much. Also, they are very quick with mobile orders if you are ordering through the app. Thank you! Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: No … More

I was the only person in line and none of the 3 staff paid attention to my presence for over 2 minutes to take my order. Too few electrical outlets.

Quite expensive to choose soy milk (+0.85$), which makes me wonder what kind of cow milk they use for it to be so much less expensive than soy milk. The staff was really friendly although they didn't quite know how to make the milk foam/cream for the cappuccino. Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: No … More

I had the best experience with Katherine! She was very sweet and made sure I had a pleasurable experience. I told her all about my allergies and she made sure my drink was made without them. I’ve came to this Coffee Bean for years and her and her team have always given me a great experience. :)

I ordered on the mobile app and on the app, it tells you what time your order should be ready to pick up. I get there at the time it says and the worker tells me to wait outside because only 4 people are allowed inside at a time. Sure of course. It’s still the pandemic. But there are 2 people enjoying their drinks inside when there are plenty of outside seating. My order was not ready and when I went back in to ask about it, she (the worker) stated that it’s coming up. Meanwhile, 5 people who ordered after the time I arrived in person received their drinks first. My order was finally ready and when I open up the bag, they got my order wrong and to top it off they didn’t include straws. Incredibly poor management.

Ew. I’ve lived directly across from this shop for five years and until the last month I’ve never thrown anything from them away. I understand it’s a coffee chain but when Starbucks starts to sound appealing after a decade of voiding them like the plague you should probably figure out your business. Whoever the barista was working today at 4:30pm 4/18/21 needs to be trained immediately. These drinks are so thick it’s like drinking straight syrup, they aren’t mixed either which is the scary part- since there’s still another 1/4 inch of flavor powder sitting at the bottom of both the matcha and the dark chocolate latte. Definitely not chill Coffee Bean.

It's so beautiful and elegant in this restaurant. Family owned business meaning very personal service and experience I had the pleasure of meeting Lucky the owner tonight and while waiting for my food we had a real to real conversation; one that you don't have everyday with just anyone. His personal touch on my first experience here made it feel so welcoming. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for elegant quaint intimate experience with someone like when you're on a date with someone Five stars Lucky thank you so much for the great food and wonderful conversation. Blessings.

The Coffee Bean has multiple locations around L.A, and the good reviews made it worthwhile to try. We enjoyed The Chandler (Iced Caramel Coconut Latte)and The Joey (Mango Cold Brew Tea) during their Friends' Buy One Get One Free promo. My partner said his Mango Cold Brew Tea tasted more peachy. Highly recommend the Iced Caramel Coconut Latte for any coconut lovers or lactose intolerant people. It has a smooth, sweet and refreshing coconut flavor to cool off in the summer heat!
