The drive thru gets congested late at night, so be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes before you can order. Service is ok. Food is good but ask for the French fries to be freshly cooked, Always double check your order.

We ordered the SF french vanilla iced coffee and it was so awful. We asked them to change it thinking that maybe the coffee was just old and it taste exactly the same when we got the new cup. Such a waste of money. They all went to the garbage. When we visited the place, there was a man sleeping and when he woke up he was so confused walking and then knock himself on the wall and then he walked again. He then seated with the group of people in the other table. We left the store as we dont feel safe inside.

Today's world - they have a security guard in the lobby.. A man tried to start a fight with a stranger for no reason.. Food was good but too much drama for me.. They encourage you to use those computer things to order.. It did not work correctly and I waited 10 min for an order that was never submitted.. All McDonalds are the same..

Message to this McDonald's: Do you want to know how to improve? Start by training your workers right. Every time I go to that McDonald's, something is always wrong with the order. Either something is missing, like meat on my kids Happy meal burgers and the apple slices, or you add stuff when we specifically say not to add it. I can't be opening all the wrappers to check if you got the order right. This is nonsense. The only reason I went to you guys is just because of the Sonic 2 Happy Meal toy. We always go to Chick-fil-A and they never mess up our order. Ever.

Night manager is very nice and respectful and when they make a mistake he always makes up for it in a kid way. Sausage mcmuffins are so good here and so is the cold brew.
