8 Best hamburger restaurant in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

Message to this McDonald's: Do you want to know how to improve? Start by training your workers right. Every time I go to that McDonald's, something is always wrong with the order. Either something is missing, like meat on my kids Happy meal burgers and the apple slices, or you add stuff when we specifically say not to add it. I can't be opening all the wrappers to check if you got the order right. This is nonsense. The only reason I went to you guys is just because of the Sonic 2 Happy Meal toy. We always go to Chick-fil-A and they never mess up our order. Ever. ~Ademar

Good drive-thru experience. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was warm. $7.00 for the small Jumbo Jack with cheese combo (combo #4). Restroom access required going to the counter to ask them to buzz you in. It was very clean. ~Andy

Came late, way after work and a mixer- the other night after 10pm. They're OPEN LATE here. Hasn't been crowded as it used to be from what I saw. Only 2 other Customers came in which was a relief as I'm not a fan of Crowds & Waits. Plenty of Parking after hours. It used to be a really tight squeeze and sometimes a wait for Parking during Regular Business Hours when I used to frequent here often a couple years back, this was before this current viral thing affecting businesses, without mentioning the name here. OR it might be the new Homeless Situation next door, under The 405 which deters people. I can see people wanting to Order Uber Eats or whatever instead, to avoid it all. Restrooms are Employees Only. Restaurant was pretty clean except for the blight next door and Homeless making noise outside. Good Customer Service from the Manager who took my order. I went with a Turkey Burger Combo with Onion Rings and a Root Beer. I make Turkey Burgers at home all the time so, I wanted to try theirs. It was pretty decent. No complaints. Nothing to write home about but, very juicy. The meat had a little griddle ring around it so it gave me some comfort that this wasn't so much processed meat, lol. The Rings were so boring. I mixed the Ketchup with the Tapatío they have and added some pepper in also for an extra kick to it but, it still lacked that extra UMPHH to it. Next time, I eat at Fat Burger, I'll just go with a Traditional Burger and maybe do The XXXL Challenge. This Location is Not 24 HRS. The staff at this Jack in the Box are polite, friendly and competent. The restaurant is clean and well managed. I've been a customer of Jack in the Box since the early '60's and I even worked for Jack in the '70's. The menu has changed a lot since then. When I want something fast and inexpensive; The 2 tacos for a $1.59 and the Jr. Jumbo Jack for $2.18 is a good deal for a cheap skate like me. Parking: Plenty of parking. Really slow service. Was ordering walk in, and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. It wasn’t busy but it took a long time for the “fast” food. Fries and drink are fine. Home style ranch chicken burger was great. Really nice tasting chicken. ~Benjamin

The drive through was extremely slow! Along with the fact that the there were only 3 cars in the drive thru, including my vehicle. One in front and one behind my car. At the window, the worker did not greet me or say a work to me....just handed me my food. They also forgot to include the cheese that comes inside the sandwich I ordered and paid for!?! We were asked to wait about an hour after the opening time. As a result, an hour later the client received this piece of paper. What happened to you dear? Where is your service and explanations of the reasons? Finally deal with this store, where is the quality control? You can do everything on time and value the time of customers ~Bek

McDonald's just isn't the same as it was in the '60's. The food doesn't taste the same as it did then. The burgers that they've sold millions upon millions, today are a facsimile of the good little burgers that spanned the globe. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. This McDonald's location is very busy. Expect to wait wheather you are driving thru or walking in. ~St
