Jack in the box works with Braille that is such a wonderful wonderful contributation and such a dedication to Braille and the children because there is one man that works there from Braille that I see all the time when we go to the drive-through me and my friend Stephanie either we go through there to pick up food for us or we go through there to pick up food for delivery do I delivery service Food Service to deliver to customers and he is always working and I'd love it I love it that Jack in the box does that that is such a wonderful thing I see no other restaurant in la doing that and that could be done by all restaurants here how many restaurants say on their Windows pirates and how many restaurants would have no sign saying that if they would hire two or three of those dedicated real students willing ready and can work just like anyone else thank you congratulations too Jack in the box and God bless you when you dedication you have for children at Braille..🙏❤️💕

you guys, LOOK at these reviews. you should do something. your location props you up. drive-thru moves ok and maybe that speaks to demand. they forgot my milkshake ( the reason i went) and the sourdough was acceptable, but why is it like 'the jokes on me' every time i go to a jacknthebox? its like they dont take the food part seriously enough - the staff doesnt. and its not cheap. Parking: parking sucks

Really slow service. Was ordering walk in, and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. It wasn’t busy but it took a long time for the “fast” food. Fries and drink are fine. Home style ranch chicken burger was great. Really nice tasting chicken.

I loved the customer service when I went through the drive-thru. The staff was very pleasant and I didn't wait a long time at all.

WOULD NOT HONOR DODGER DEAL. They seemed to think it was coming out of their paycheck. I tried explaining, but they wouldn't honor it. They probably thought I would order something else but I didn't. They got no money from me. I just drove through the drive and they got no money from me at all. Jack should pull their franchise or fine them for not honoring the agreement they made with MLB for advertising.

I always ask the same thing... two tacos NO SPICY SAUCE ... EASY LETTUCE and this is the second time they put spicy sauce . I'm allergic to spicy things and I can't eat them ....I'm so angry I could lunch today

we needed to add another burger to our order but we were informed we couldn’t add or start another order. The only reason why we were able to add to our order was because we questioned why?! It was the cherry on top of it when they forgot our 8 tacos.

They Stole From Me.... Now Who Do I Call? 911? I ordered 8 Hamburgers Only Received 7.... I should sue you guys IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.. but that would be petty... So what I will do is leave this comment and make a difference...... Don't come here.... I called the place IMMEDIATELY... I Came Back To Resolve The Problem And THE SHIFT MANAGER LADY** GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND I STILL BOUGHT FOOD A 2ND TIME... I CHECKED MY FOOD AND THEY DIDN'T COOK MY HAMBURGERS ON PURPOSE TO GET REVENGE..... GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND REPORT THIS BUSINESS.... HORRIBLE

Unfortunately I got a chicken teriyaki bowl with cold rice and cold broccoli the only thing that was actually hot was the chicken. Overall service was fine but I was afraid to eat the food. Literally the broccoli was frozen. Same with my sister who got the same order.
