Good drive-thru experience. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was warm. $7.00 for the small Jumbo Jack with cheese combo (combo #4). Restroom access required going to the counter to ask them to buzz you in. It was very clean. ~Andy

The staff at this Jack in the Box are polite, friendly and competent. The restaurant is clean and well managed. I've been a customer of Jack in the Box since the early '60's and I even worked for Jack in the '70's. The menu has changed a lot since then. When I want something fast and inexpensive; The 2 tacos for a $1.59 and the Jr. Jumbo Jack for $2.18 is a good deal for a cheap skate like me. Parking: Plenty of parking. Really slow service. Was ordering walk in, and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. It wasn’t busy but it took a long time for the “fast” food. Fries and drink are fine. Home style ranch chicken burger was great. Really nice tasting chicken. ~Benjamin

Very upset. Placed an order of 17 items and 8 of the 17 food items were completely wrong. I keep calling but no one is answering. It looks like they got lazy to do the order. The 8 food items were the 3 piece chicken meals and gave everyone rice and beans for the sides when the sides were completely different from what I ordered online. I paid almost $200 for everything. ~Jess

The drive through was extremely slow! Along with the fact that the there were only 3 cars in the drive thru, including my vehicle. One in front and one behind my car. At the window, the worker did not greet me or say a work to me....just handed me my food. They also forgot to include the cheese that comes inside the sandwich I ordered and paid for!?! We were asked to wait about an hour after the opening time. As a result, an hour later the client received this piece of paper. What happened to you dear? Where is your service and explanations of the reasons? Finally deal with this store, where is the quality control? You can do everything on time and value the time of customers ~Bek

You are looking at reviews for a fast food place. I think now is a good time to take a step back, take a deep breath, and refocus on what really matters in life. Are you ok? Have you spoken with family or friends recently, how are they doing? Maybe take a minute to remind yourself to finally do those things on your to do list you’ve been holding off on……. Now that’s happened, be assured that this is a fine establishment and the food get is fresh and packaged well. ~Peter

This is my go to Louisiana location and I love it. Get the chicken wings or maybe a breast and it’s cooked to perfection. Microwave the fries for a min and they’re money! If you’re into coleslaw try there’s because it’s unusual and you’ll love it. ~lynda
