Friendly staff clean restaurant great menu reasonable prices I recommend the $5 grilled combo of street tacos or what they call tacos Al carbon !!!

I've been a long customer of pollo loco, unfortunately they closed the one by my home so I decided to start going to this one. Out of the this location and the one on vine the one on sunset was better. Lately I've to call back because they make a mistake on my orders and usually the managers will correct the problem but this time I had problem and I had to come again and also bought some sides and when I check my chicken wasn't fully cooked so I asked if they can finish cooking it but I didn't want it burn and the cooked started back talking.I honestly feel bad that I have to write a review but I feel that if I'm paying for something I should get it right and this location has bad customer service and the food is not fully cooked and remember we are talking about chicken, not just any food, anyways I hope someone takes care of this matter and hopefully ask the employee to bite his tongue before he speaks because with attitude el pollo loco will start losing customers. Remember this generation is all about reviews.

I loved the crispy skin on a couple of the pieces of chicken, the cheesy macaroni and cheese, and the salsas, especially the green salsa. I just wish the coleslaw hadn't been a little bit sour.

This was a really amazing el pollo loco I just eat there every thing was so fresh and Yummy I usually eat pollo loco for lunch but this one is like another chain food so good

Newly remodeled, still trash! Restrooms filty no hand soap. Got my order wrong but it was so busy I didn't bother to fix it would've taken another 20min. Employees are a mess unsynchronized needs better management.

Super gross. They had two restrooms and only allow patrons to use one. The one where a homeless guy was inside taking a shower. A little girl had to wait for the restroom but manager wouldn’t allow her to use the secondary restaurant that has two stalls. The lady said she didn’t wanna clean two restrooms so that’s why they force everybody to be in one. The restroom had urine all over the floor and the seats. Doesn’t seem like they’re cleaning this one either. Don’t eat here it’s pretty gross trust.

Went in for some chicken I have to say the person who took my order was nice! But the lady who was serving the food looked very unhappy with her job.. in a rush to go home? I mean if you don't like your job why be there and hurt the customers experience. Just quit and get a job you like period. My rice was (not) even half way full.. same with my mash potatoes.. tortilla ice cold.. chicken tostada I think someone took a bite out of it. Hope you guys could consider and get rid of employees that don't care about customers experience!!!!!!!! Never ever going back

The beans and gravy containers had rice in them; which leads me to believe that the employees don't care what spoon they use to fill the containers. I didn't ask or get any rice with the order. There's always an issue in this place.
