Very upset. Placed an order of 17 items and 8 of the 17 food items were completely wrong. I keep calling but no one is answering. It looks like they got lazy to do the order. The 8 food items were the 3 piece chicken meals and gave everyone rice and beans for the sides when the sides were completely different from what I ordered online. I paid almost $200 for everything.

I just ordered mac and chess and cole slaw They charged me $9.83 I didn’t order chicken They have so much new worker who even don’t have any idea for food price So much extra charges I was hurry that time didn’t even notice how much they charge me I hate this restaurant 👎🏻

Took 10 mins until someone came up to the counter to take the order. I then waited for 15 mins for my food until I went up to the counter to find out they hadn’t started making the food.

Not bad. I've had tastier. Don't feel the flavor is what is advertised. I thought loco meant crazy tasty. Staff is quite pleasant.

There was an employee or manager yelling at a black customers about wearing their mask inside the restaurant but another gentlemen wasn’t wearing a mask AT ALL. I also ordered two things and the order was completely wrong

the service is of poor quality .... regretted that I ordered food here ..... very slowly the employees are not organized .... three men, one at the checkout, one fries meat and the slowest one is who puts out and prepares the order with glasses ... ..there is a manager there are cameras really no one monitors these inconveniences ???very dirty and cold inside ...

Good food at a fair price. I even received $1 discount after completing a brief online survey. But one lady was rude to me because I rested my legs on a chair. Not my feet and it was 2:30 pm, not busy I would have offered the chair to another customer if needed. I reduced my rating from five to three stars because of the rude lady. The rude lady said nothing to one barefoot customer with no shirt😀

Drove all the way here (what I want was not on UberEats) only to be told that they only have enough for a small portion size. Rather than them simply making more, I now have to find another location... I get you close at 10, but this was 3 hours before your closing time. Just make more... or put it on your menu on UberEats/postmates...

I strongly advise you that if you eat at this place, please check your food. I was there about 5 min ago today(6:50)7/30/18 with my girlfriend and we had a fajita with chicken and a quesadilla as well and the chicken was undercooked, raw inside. People can severely get sick like this. Please be cautious as i will never ever buy at this location again. Plus they sold me old guacamole, and undercooked chips. Horrible.
