The food was good, the atmosphere ok, and the service so-so. Only because there was 3 people working and they seem to make a good team. My annoyance was that the were taking a bit long to help the people in line, never acknowledged us or told us to wait. The drive through was extremely slow! Along with the fact that the there were only 3 cars in the drive thru, including my vehicle. One in front and one behind my car. At the window, the worker did not greet me or say a work to me....just handed me my food. They also forgot to include the cheese that comes inside the sandwich I ordered and paid for!?! Terrible!

After going over the order 4 times & the person cooking even came out to go over it. Got home & it was wrong. After ordering a cheese burger with no lettuce, I got a spicy chicken sandwich that looked like the sole of an old pair of shoes. This place is a confused mess. Never going again. Got a reply and was asked to fill out a contact form. Went to website and the link doesn’t work. So obviously everything about this location is a confused mess. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Always very friendly and fast service. Lots of homeless in the area they often frequent here it makes the workers have to put up with there shenanigans.They should hire a security guard. Parking: Parking lot not very Big

Even though they're doing food service, through the drive-thru window and it's taking longer than usual when you get your food.when U get your food it's hot. at this location they're working hard. And I have been to some others. This Jake's is doing better then 5star's.

I ordered through the app and when I got there they said they weren't accepting orders. I had to explain to them that I had a pick up order and they eventually let me through. It was very obvious that they were annoyed and they were being very rude to me. I got my food which was four tacos. I started eating the first taco but I had to stop because of how spicy it was. I ended up puking because of how spicy it was.....I looked at the rest and they were all drenched in this sauce. I'm allergic to Capsaicin....I don't know if they put a ton of fire sauce on them or what they did but this was extremely unprofessional behavior. Im thinking about filing a police report or taking legal action. I don't understand how Jack in the box allows that kind of stuff to happen.... Reading the rest of these reviews, it seems like this behavior is ongoing and management doesn't care. They're going to learn the hard way

When packing my side salads, they conveniently forgot the croutons for all salads. Meanwhile, i had already driven to my destination several miles away. I spent more than $50 at the drive thru. No respect.

1145pm. Guy at the window/speaker rudely told me “we’re not making food now” no explaining at all. When I asked him when will you make more food since you’re still open another 3 hours he just said “whenever the cook comes back from break”…. Horrible service from an already mediocre spot. The staff is horrendous

Its a jack in the box... U pass by u see no cars in the drive thru u go, u alot of cars then u eating somewhere else, everything else... I say it again its a jack in the box your gonna get fast food quality and service, even though it doesn't matter cause u still gonna eat it and its gonna be awesome unless u order the wrong s***t, bit it will be your fault

I had a terrible day at work and walked all the way to Jack in The Box for some dinner. I went to open the door and they were all locked. The workers laughed at me? Even though it says open 24 hours. I came at 9:45. Terrible staff. If you want to go home early, work somewhere that’s not 24 hours. Don’t ruin my day because your job sucks
