Worst customer service ever!!! I don’t know if Kenny is the manager but he was so rude and kept talking over me, I guess his job gets him frustrated this is not the first time I get bad costumer service with this person! Never ever will I buy in that store and it sucks because I was a daily costumer! I will drive to another jacks to avoid this person!

Our order was completely messed up and there was no other cars in the drive through. Not only that, but the person that assisted us was talking super low that we could barely hear anything.

Refused to give my uber driver the food I ordered, because they made a mistake and gave it to someone else. Terrible service.

The workers are rude to the homeless they need to use the restroom they should be allowed . They just be cleaned after they use the restroom. And my friend got sick after drinking a shake from that place I don't think it's the food it's the workers that did something to the shake you should hire people that speak English and English only . Thank you

Good drive-thru experience. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was warm. $7.00 for the small Jumbo Jack with cheese combo (combo #4). Restroom access required going to the counter to ask them to buzz you in. It was very clean.
