McDonald's just isn't the same as it was in the '60's. The food doesn't taste the same as it did then. The burgers that they've sold millions upon millions, today are a facsimile of the good little burgers that spanned the globe. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. This McDonald's location is very busy. Expect to wait wheather you are driving thru or walking in.

Everytime I go here they get my order wrong. You would almost think it's on purpose. However tonight they switched it up. I ordered on the app and parked at the designated spot to have my order brought to my car 25 mins later I had to walk up to the drive thru window (do to all the doors being locked at 7pm) and ask about my order. Which was bagged and sitting. I had to just take my order lukewarm being that I had 3 little kids in the car who had to wait 30 mins for food 😑

Fries were fresh and the chicken sandwich was too. The only down side is that the chicken was burnt and they don't give soda refills at this place. Employees are really nice, tho'... 👌

I do my best to stay away from this franchise... waaay to many dissatisfactions and disappointments in their UGLY and TERRIBLE service. I am at the point where I cannot even blame the employees, McDonald's is sooo huge that THEY HAVE LONG FORGOTTEN TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I go as a last resource ONLY!!! sorry to be so harsh or blunt!!!

It's frustrating that you pay for a drink and they refuse to refill it... it's already hot as balls outside and they want me to pay additional to get another drink? What a joke.... food was decent for a McDonald's... unbelievably horrible customer service

I like this McDonald's. I usually go through drive thru and I have never had an issue. I especially like that this is probably the only single car drive thru. I hate the double lane merging ones, there's always someone without common courtesy trying to go first although you placed your order first.

Nasty location. Slow location. Maybe they don’t have cashiers anymore but they should at least to speak to see what the customer needs help with.

We go here probably too much lol my granddaughter loves it! But sometimes we get poor customer service! The other day I KNEW you could get a chicken sandwich for $1 when you buy a chicken sandwich meal but the rude lady said no even though there's a sign on the window that says you can! And at the they really rush you and aren't pleasant! We just love the food! Not the customer service! They need classes on how to treat people!
