Pro tip for this Mavis tire shop is to come TWO HOURS or more EARLY for your appointment. I had an appointment for 11, got there 10 minutes early and was told I should be on my way in about an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later, my car is still sitting in the parking lot untouched. Seems like they might be spreading themselves too thin or just don't have a sense of what an appointment is. Did they take 5 appointments for 11am when they know they don't have enough man power? If you are the owner of this shop, when people get an appointment, they expect to be served on or close to the time of the appointment. If your shop can't do that, don't take the appointment. Reading previous reviews shows that this is a persistent issue and despite the fact that the owner seem to respond to reviews, this issue still persists. So that tells a lot about how they care about their customers' time and how seriously they listen to customer feedback.

We were driving from Binghamton, NY to Amherst, MA and found ourselves with a flat tire. The crew at Mavis fixed us up in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way without a big hit to our wallet. Shout out to Mick, and the other two whose names I can't remember, even though I wrote them down (my bad). While we were waiting, I heard them deal with other costumers with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. If I lived in town, I'd do all my car business here!

Love going to Mavis. They are honest, reliable, and. I nonsense. Ryan was the absolute best! Took the time to figure out what the issue was with my car. Super nice and really took his time to explain to me what the issue was and how to fix it.

Vehicle serviced today. Mgr Tammy always very pleasant and informative. Mechanic Chet very thorough and quick. Very happy with the service today. Need more people like them. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs vehicles serviced.

I brought my 2018 Audi A5 in to have 4 new tires installed and an oil change. I received a phone call from an employee letting me know that they damaged one of my rims, took 2 large gouges out of one. They made an appointment for it to get repaired... in Albany, this store is 25 minutes away. The car would need to stay overnight. I would be stuck with no vehicle, no way to work, and would need to use a vacation day. I was never offered a rental car for the day, or simply, a tire on a spare rim so I could use my car, not on a donut. This happened on Monday, the corporate manager was supposed to call me back. It is now Friday, and we have not heard from them. No compensation. Extremely disappointing experience. The generic response to this post will be "We're sorry you had a bad experience, please call our office at this number" just to get nowhere with this.

Ordered boat trailer tires on line and selected the agreed to both. When I arrived for my installation appointment, they advised they couldn't accommodate a boat ed trailer. Corporate advised my $25. deposit would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. This hasn't happened and it's 2 weeks later. Be careful when dealing with this mill.

It was 4oclock and they were literally about to close. Unfortunately I was someone who showed up at that time hoping someone would help me fix/plug my tire. They were nice enough to help me as they were closing...and on 4th of July weekend. They found 2 carpenter nails in my tire and was able to repair them and send me on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank you for your excellent service and taking care of me when I'm sure you wanted nothing more and close up shop. Thank you!

Matt an Corey was super friendly an honest . They told me upfront that they had concerns about doin a job and got me in with another place that did work perfect. They also inspect my brakes squeal and clean an fixed it for free . While I was there I see them hafta deal with few other customer one was very rude Corey handle it professionally and fixed the issue and that lady was still rude . Another man buy set of tires have some issue he help with the cost so he could afford them these guys bend over backwards and still get bad rap they should not have to deal with that but they did professionally and proper they are good people . I definitely would not been able to keep my cool with that one lady respect 👊
