My husband looked everywhere for a suit. We decided to try SuitMart,let me tell you,the service was outstanding,his suit needed to be tailored and it was ready for the promised day and time,I'll definitely recommend it.

Horrible customer service clothes was not ready when I was told that it would and the pants looked ugly after the alterations it looked liked the guys were wearing diapers we had to go look for clothes somewhere else 2 weeks before the quinceañera the worst and then I called to return the pants and they said that we could not return the pants cause it was altered $75 to the trash don't waste your time and money

I brought a Steve Harvey 3 piece suit from there the week of Easter. It was not to wear for Easter but if it was I would have been stuck out. I was just shopping and saw this suit that I really liked and decided to buy it. After paying over $60.00 for alterations and 3 trips back and forth to get the alterations right on my jacket I gave up. I live on the north side of town and normally do business at the suit mart off I45 so I decided to take it there to see if they could fix my suit coat. I spent over $350.00 for it. Jerome is the person I dealt with there and let me tell you he has great customer service and felt my pain of trying to get this suit which I really liked fixed. He walked me over to what he said was there best seamstress and had me put on the suit coat so she could see how it looked on me. She stated that this was done wrong but that she could have it fixed by the next day and she did it. The service between the 2 stores were like night and day in my opinion. A big shout out to Jerome, the owner and the rest of the workers at suit mart I45. Thanks

Staff was great. They have the largest supply of men's dress clothes and shoes I have ever seen. Steven took the time to help me and even measured to make sure I look great.

Men's Clothing for all body types and all styles. Great selection of suits, shoes and men's accessories for Big and tall men. The Taylor did an excellent job on alterations 👍. My sales woman was awesome. The entire staff are great, especially the cashiers. The only thing that was offsetting was the poor lighting made the clothes appeared faded.

Staff was helpful finding a new suit for a wedding and alterations are scheduled to be done within a day. Overall a good experience, but I would've preferred more traditional style suits to pick from.

Good suits, wish they let you buy the coat and pants separately so you could choose the sizes that fits you, or had more choices of separate suits. They have decent designs and prices are fair as well, but keep in mind quality is not as good.

Customer Service was ridiculously bad! No one came to help...at first! Then when they did ask they told us was they wouldn't have what we wanted in his size, and walked away. We stayed there looking almost 2 hours! With little to no assistance! I don't know if they thought we were just looking, but we were looking for a suit last minute ! So we really had to leave there with something! We left with 2 suits, a bow tie, 3 ties, a metal lapel,and 2 pair of sunglasses! When they under charged us almost $100 we were nice enough to correct the cashier! Yet we weren't good enough customers to be helped! Let's just say we won't come back or refer any other people to them.
