I rented a tux for my wedding from this location. From start to finish they provided excellent service. The tux was sized perfectly. They were extremely flexible and accommodating as well. Make sure you talk to Freddie. He will help you with anything you need!

The best service in Retail we have ever received. My fiancée and I came to get a custom vest for our wedding.Will saw us frustrated and the colors. He was able to help us pick out the best bow ties match for our grooms tuxedos. He took a step further on the custom Vest made sure we matched the back to it. He even checked on my fiancés previous custom tuxedo from another location. To let us know it actually arrived. We were very pleased with the news but disappointed with the other location for not letting us know about it and falsely reporting the tuxedo as delivered and picked up which was not the case. Will you did a phenomenal job helping us investigate this issue. We were able to retrieve the “delivered and picked up* tuxedo from the other location. Way to go for your customers. I have 8 groomsmen and 1 Groom and they will be coming here for your exceptional service. Would like your employers to know your are the best in that establishment. As long as you work there Will, we shall bring our business to you. Thank you Kindly.

Horrible customer service. Lazy employees, the manager with the dreads did not want to help. He made no effort. If you want great customer service the location in HUMBLE, TX is very professional and is willing to make an effort.

The manager Ms. Silvia makes up her own rules.. She totally wasted our groomsmen’s time. They gave him sizing didn’t update this file. And when he asked to due deposit they advised that the suit has to be fade in full which isn’t correct. We went to westheimer and were taken care of.

Please do not waste your time or money going to this specific location. While the workers may be somewhat friendly, the final product is remarkably terrible. Either the person measuring me did so with no knowledge of what he was doing or he improperly entered my measurements into the system. On day one of the pickup I arrived to receive a jacket that was too short, an oversized shirt, and short tux pants. I was told this would be resolved and to come in a few days later. I did and to my surprise the shirt was still incorrect and the jacket was again short. I was told that they would expedite an order to the wedding location tux store so I could have it on time. When I arrived at that location, the jacket was a totally different color. Mistakes do happen but it is clear that this specific location lacks attention to detail and efficient systems between teammates. Instead of aimlessly standing around and being on their phones, perhaps training of customer service and efficiency should come into play. Kudos to the Denton location for resolving this third mistake of this location. I cannot and will not in good conscience recommend this location. Instead of the automated generic response requesting me to forward this to the company email, perhaps immediate intervention should take place. It is evident from multiple previous reviews that this location is by far inefficient and a great inconvenience to customers.

Torrey Stephens is by far one of the salespersons I’ve ever interacted with. He made our whole wedding party feel very welcomed and is very attentive to detail. If you come to this location, ask for Torrey, he will get you taken care of!!

Customer service is lacking in the employees. The manager is nice but our salesperson was awful. The experience was so uncomfortable because the salesman acted like he didn’t want to be there let alone helping us. He didn’t give options or suggestions, he barely spoke and didn’t know anything about the products. You would think that the experience would be better considering we had an appointment for a wedding consult. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Customer service is horrible. Got a tux rental for a wedding and the shirt sleeves were too short, the cuff links broke, the bow tie hook was broken, and the pants were so tight I was nervous they were going to rip the entire day. Even after getting resized the whole order was wrong. The tailor thinks he knows everything and will argue with you. Multiple groomsmen orders were wrong as well and had malfunctions with their rentals. The employees (besides 1 or 2) are lazy, and it feels like it is an inconvenience that you are there bothering them. I would recommend going to the Conroe location even though it's an hour out of the way. I normally don't leave reviews, but I would recommend that you take your business to another location or other local suit shops in the area.

Shout out to the Staff for their excellent service! My son gave me two days notice and Men's Wearhouse saved the day. They recommended a sharp looking suit and were able to provide some quick tailoring. Phenomenal service all around.
