I have been pawning at EZPawn and has been at different pawn locations and been received professionally and respectfully except at this location. There's this Spanish lady that I met this Friday 8/8 at 4:25pm that just opened her mouth and talked disrespectfully to me. I tried to get a loan on a PC that I had already used for a loan at Ezpawn a couple of months ago. She had all the while been looking at me suspiciously as if I am there to pawn a stolen goods. I understand being careful with what you accept but this woman wouldn't even let me explain myself and just shut me off. Had she at least taken my ID and run my information she would have seen am a regular and loyal customer at Ezpawn with Ez rewards and moreover found out that I had used that same PC to another EZpawn location and was approved for a loan. I just took the PC to their location at S. Gessner and got a loan without stress. Try and be respectful to your customers or you may end up driving a good customer away with unprofessional attitude.

The manager has poor customer service skills. The store says they close at 7 and at 6:50 she looks the doors. There needs to be a change at management ASAP
