I rented a car for 3 weeks, picked it up in Inglewood but I had to swap it in LAX, and thank god SHAY works for enterprise, she made things very easy and showed genuine care on my two visits to LAX. I had a blown tyre in Yosemite National Park and the car did not have the proper tools to change the tyre, it had the device to lift the car but the device to remove the bolts did not fit the car bolts. Luckily for us a good samaritan stopped and helped with his own tools. I took the car to Modesto, CA and the people there were very helpful and swapped my mustang for a new one. I've noticed on pick up that the rear tyres were low and asked to fill them up. The next day the same thing happened, so it looked like the car had a slow puncture in the rear tyre and I had to get air every morning before driving. This series of events made a part of our journey quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, I took the car back to LAX when I got back to Los Angeles and again, SHAY was very helpful and caring. She swapped the car straight away and we could now enjoy in LA. Long story short, I had 4 cars in 3 weeks mostly because of tyre issues, and even with all the setbacks I'm giving enterprise a 4/5 mostly thanks to Shay, and the kindness of all their employees. Thanks to them I will be more than happy to rent with Enterprise again.

Excellent service at this Enterprise in Inglewood. When I landed at LAX my vehicle was ready and the customer service rep Diana was super helpful. On my way back the return was equally seamless. After returning the vehicle I boarded the LAX terminal bound enterprise bus and realized that I forgot my laptop bag in the back seat of the car. I notified the bus driver who radioed in this fact to the enterprise office. I was advised to head back to enterprise, which I did. Contacted lost and found and after some anxious minutes the gentleman at the counter came out with my bag with everything intact. Cannot thank these folks enough. Outstanding work!

All car rentals at LAX or off-site and require pick-up. I was a bit concerned because I just wanted to be able to get into my car quickly and start our vacation. The bus shuttle for Enterprise is shared with two other car companies Alamo and another. You need to follow sign that says shuttle pick-up. It comes frequently and the bus driver helps luggage. We were greeted by an Enterprise representative from the start to direct you and help you with your car rental making the experience super easy and fast. NOTE: When returning car rental, the process was super easy but you need to add time to the airport and your departure time because you go to each terminal before you reach the one you need. We needed Terminal 5 for Jet Blue so there were drop-offs before us. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again 1000%.

Started out as a 5 star experience. Ended up at a 1 star experience after getting scammed. We originally booked and prepaid a reservation with Avis (through our company) and when we got to Avis the line was out the door and around the building. People (also with prepaid reservations) had been there for 3 hours when they finally got through the line (to wait again for the car to show up). After waiting in line for about an hour at Avis, we decided to head over to Enterprise and had a GREAT experience. We walked right in and got our car. The service was excellent. Dropping off the car was also smooth and extremely efficient. But when we dropped it off, they asked if we filled up the car with gas (which we did), and we responded yes. They then went ahead and charged us for filling up the tank anyway. We had to get in contact with customer service in order for them to refund us that, but is was SUCH A PAIN! So what would of been a 5 star experience went down to a 1 star experience, because it felt like they were trying to scam us out of money and were so reluctant to correct their mistake.

We flew into LAX and hopped into a shuttle bus that took us directly to Enterprise. It was a great experience, we were given a choice of several different mini vans, based off our reservation. The lady we worked with was super nice and helpful.

Nice car. But one of the shuttle driver is extremely awful. I returned the car at 10:00am 27/June/2022. and I took the shuttle heading to airport . I was first passenger in that shuttle and I told driver my airline is UA in T7. He said okay( I didn’t notice that he didn’t take note. ) After about 20 minutes, I found out that he drove back to rental center. I asked him why he didn’t stop at T7. He said he had asked twice during this drive. I said I was the first passenger and I already told you where my destination was. And he suddenly stopped the shuttle on the road and loose his seat-belt. Standing up yelling at me. In order to not wasted other passengers’ time, I asked him just keep driving. When i took another shuttle, I realized other driver would take notes about every stops and broadcasting during the drive. The worst car rental’s experience in US (The driver is a mid-aged man who driving this shuttle around 10:00am 27/June/2022.)

My husband and I recently hired a car from here, based on the good reviews we read online. There was a rival car hire company within walking distance of our hotel, but we chose this one that was slightly further away, and we were not disappointed! The customer service was second to none, from the person at the counter, to the very friendly person at the (short) queue outside, to the person who took us to the car. The first car was a bit cramped for my tall husband and we were given an alternative one which suited well. A special mention to Ben, the shuttle bus driver, who was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Would use again next time we are in LA and highly recommend to others!

Check in and checkout were seamless! The Enterprise employees are kind and efficient! Shout out to Ms. Stephanie (bus supervisor) and Stephan (bus driver). You made our checkout process super easy and getting to the airport such a joy. Stephan helped every passenger with getting their bags on and off the bus. Thank you!! Enterprise: they need a raise! :)

I knew I had to leave a review here when this place was night-and-day better than a previous experience with another rental car company at LAX. From start to finish, the employees were cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. When we had an issue with the kiosk machine reading my ID, a gentleman helped us out and took care of us at the counter right away. Superb service and customer process all the way through.
