Reserved economy car online with GPS, one-way for a few hours trip from Burbank to Anaheim. Had confirmation with price. Got there to pick up and was told we could only have a minivan, which we did not want. She lowered the price by half, so we agreed to take. Had no GPS, but was charged for it, strong smell of pee. Had to ride with windows down. Turned in a few hours later at Anaheim. Billed 3 weeks later for $100 more, saying it's a one-way fee. Now much more than original confirmation. Customer service said district rep would call. Days gone by, no call. Called them again, Said charge stands. Will not give me #, email, or name of rep. Bad customer service. The dispatch lady in Burbank totally screwed up. She even sent bill to an old email, not the one I used to reserve. Enterprise, what happened to customer service?

The service team at this location are the most accommodating, professional, and personable, I have encountered so far in my experience renting with Enterprise! Burbank Enterprise on Victory Blvd treated us so well. The entire staff was helpful, pleasant and helped make a stressful situation (car accident) much more bearable. We have always had such good experiences at Enterprise and will only rent from them.

I want to share what a wonderful experience I had with Enterprise. I was in vehicle accident and needed to rent a car. I was recommended Enterprise by the body shop. I made a reservation and the day I dropped off my car. The sent Michael and Steven. Both great guys who represent their company very well. They were friendly, full of information as to what I needed to do next. Micheal took all my information. The car was ready and I was out in 15 min. You got some awesome crew members Enterprise. I highly recommend Enterprise when you need it.

I dropped off my car for repairs down the street, and they said they would come pick me up. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and then just decided to walk since no one came. Then I get there and they are out of care completely. No one told me in advance or helped me find a different location, I had to do that on my own. I understand that things happen, but communication is key.

I had to stay in a rental over a month due to repairs on my own car. the first car I was in as ok for a few weeks then it started shaking when I stopped, I called the same location they said they didn’t have any cars to exchange it for so I called another location they said they did have cars but when I got there 20 minutes later they were out. I then called customer service they advised me to take it to an airport location . They gave me a Nissan Sentra and the brakes were horrible I almost hit one of my own cars pulling in my driveway because the car didn’t want to stop.. finally I called the original location to exchange it again they gave me a little bit of a problem as if it’s my fault the car has issues. The last car was ok except the service soon light stayed on. I was supposed to get a $100 deposit back they ended up charging me $10 for what I don’t know but at that point didn’t care I just was happy to be done with it. Over all I rent cars several times a year this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company & I have rented with enterprise before I don’t know if they treat you like this when insurance is paying but this was ridiculous.

We had an amazing experience at this location. Kendall went out of her way to get us a rental in no time. Even though there was nothing available when we arrived, she took us to a location where cars were ready for pick up. Suck a great leader and outstanding service! Thank you so much! I use(d) this location frequently as it's really close to my home. This last time they were notified by my insurance company and quickly scheduled with me to come pick me up. Once I needed to return their vehicle, I requested that they pick me up again but they said they don't do pick up....... They picked me up to receive the vehicle, I don't get it. 🤬 It was very inconvenient, I may have to go further to get better service next time. 🤷

I needed a car last second and staff made it happen for me. They are very friendly and helpful and didn't just say "No" we don't have that car but went above and beyond to find it and make it happen. All 3 ladies that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Including their manager which was also involved. Thank You Guys!!!

Had called ahead, when we got to Airport saying we’re on our way, when arrives no 7 passenger, but the branch manager explain what’s going on and going to credit the day we had to wait, super courteous, thank you Savannah🙏🙏🙏
