Rented beautiful Nissan truck for my dad for 29 days, and Josh took care of everything for our family! He is AMAZING! My dad was so happy with his truck, customer service experience, and kindness from Josh!!!! I will NOT go anywhere else to rent a car, ever!!!! We are CRAZY about Enterprise and Josh!!! Perfect car-rental experience! Everything was super quick and everyone was extremely friendly. We rented a car for 3 weeks. It was very clean and we got exactly the car we booked online. When we got there it took us only 15 minutes for everything and giving the car back was also very easy and without any problems. The price was also better than any other offer we could find, so we are super happy!

Best experience renting a car ever. It was December 24th, 3:30pm and they were suuper nice and kind with us. Explained everything with patience and calm. The car was ready and suuper clean. If I ever need to rent a car again, this is the place I will go, I dont even care if there is a place cheaper, I will go straight to this place, being treated nicely and respectfully has no price. Josh is the best!!!!

My pick up time for the rental was 2:30pm. I checked in at about 2:40. There were 4 people ahead of me who were waiting on their cars as well. I had to wait 2 HOURS for my rental to be ready. The manager came out from their office once to "apologize for the long wait". What he didnt apologize for was the fact that he had some young lady who apparently knows him because he was comfortable enough to called her "honey" and gave her a hug, get her car in maybe less than 15min, when there were already multiple people waiting to get their rentals. Mind you, by this time i had already waited over an hour. The manager states a couple of us would get comped upgrades, and when it came down to it they were trying to charge us for the upgrades. They had me start the contract at 4:14 and i didnt get my rental until 4:40 pm. I shouldve waited until they gave me the car to start the contract, which i understand was my fault. Overall the service was horrible, and the wait as well. I dont think paying customers should have to wait 2hrs after their pick up time to get the rental car. Just insane.

This location is usually busy and working in a small space. Yet, they had the bandwidth to expedite my checkout process on a Friday evening towards COB. My real experience came when I returned my rental vehicle. I had a procedural conflict with the technician who was checking my vehicle out; it was a situation regarding cleanliness and it was properly escalated with the manager. I spoke with the manager of this location and she made me feel human, educated me on the minutiae of enterprise's rental agreement, and properly balanced policy in a grey-area situation. I walked away feeling like a fair solution was found and with a positive rental experience with Enterprise because of this conversation and the premise of it was mutual understanding. Thank you.

I got dropped off here after getting involved in a hit and run (someone turned left from the right turn lane and ran away). Obviously, a stressful situation but had to get things done with insurance and get a rental. Came to this store and there was one person ahead of me. The employees (somewhat nonexistent) were no where to be found and the one person inside the office told me to sit outside and wait because there was someone ahead (understandable). They don't get to the person ahead of me for approximately 20 minutes and finally get them in their vehicle. Then afterwards, I wait another 15-20 minutes for them to come see me and my insurance coverage allows a 50 dollar per day rental. They give me the option between a Nissan Pathfinder and a Ford edge. (I have 2 kids plus stroller and luggage) so I opted for the Pathfinder because it's bigger. The manager (Karolin) advised the rental would be $43 per day and the insurance would cover everything. I asked for something bigger and she gave me the option of a Nissan Armada for 55 per day (I would pay the difference out of pocket). I told her I didn't want to pay out of pocket so stayed with the Pathfinder. Before I finalized the Pathfinder, I asked if there was any other vehicle I could use under 50 dollars a day and she said there was a Yukon but it was reserved until the end of the weekend. She told me would call me when it's available. So, I drove my Pathfinder for a few days and waited until Tuesday the following week to see if it was available. I call her at approx 12/1pm and she said the Yukon was available and she'll have it ready by 4pm. So, I took off work early and drove there by 4/4:05 and had to wait for other customers ahead of me (as expected). Low and behold, the Yukon was there, but looked as if it had been off roading by the previous renters so they started to get the car ready by cleaning it. I waited in the parking lot over an hour for them to get the car ready, packed 2 car seats plus luggage in the new rental, and right before I'm ready to finalize, the worker says the rental would be $60 dollars per day. I told him Karolin and I discussed it would be under 50 so he goes inside to grab her and she comes out denying the entire conversation happened. I talk to her for about 10-15 minutes reminding her of the conversation, how she quoted me 55 for an Armada and I told her I didn't want to pay out of pocket (which she agreed she remembered), then reminded her how she said the Yukon would be under 50 but wouldn't be available till the following week, and even had a text message thread discussing this, but she denied saying she would give me the car for that price. After a lengthy conversation, and me now being late to my dinner plans with a relative who flew in for one night to see the new baby, I wanted to come to a possible middle ground or for her to compromise for the sake of customer service. She would not. She now offered me the Armada for 50 per day + tax (which the first time I came she wouldn't budge on the price). After she lowered the price on that, I again reminded her of our precious conversation of how I didn't want to pay out of pocket and asked her to make the 50 dollar a day even out, which she didn't want to do. All in all, I left with the same Pathfinder I came with, just with 3 hours less pay at work and 1.5 hours of time wasted at the rental shop, just to be met with unreasonable employees who does not have customer service in mind. For me, it's not about the 5 or 10 bucks, it's the principal behind sticking to your word and making exceptions for customer service. I'm not one of those, "the customer is always right" type of ppl, but if you quoted me a price and then back out of it, that's being dishonest. I rarely use rental car services anyways, and I hope I never have to again. If I do, I definitely would not come to this enterprise, nor would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great place to rent a car. The're really friendly and helpful. Have rented twice there and both times a pleasure. The service is quick and adequate, they gave me a free upgrade when I came back the second time. They share an office, so a little hard to find. But once you know that, highly recommended!
