This is a great car rental lot - the team have been so nice, and even accommodated a last minute booking for me. I first rented a large SUV (Grand Cherokee Jeep) and then a Chevrolet Spark for a month. No pushy attitude or upselling - which is great, give me the details and let me decide. An FYI - Cheaper rates can be found online, through the Enterprise website, but that’s just how companies work, not the local hubs fault, so you can still book online for pickup here. Would definitely rent from here again. Also final note - fill out your forms online ahead of time! You’ll be in and out in under 10 minutes if you do so!

This location is terrible! I made a comment to the manager, Karolin Khodabakhsh, that their vehicles were in terrible shape. She did not like my comment and immediately became hostile with me and said I should go across the street to Hertz Car rental if I was not happy, which I did. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I would suggest renting from Hertz, which has better vehicles and polite staff. Ms. Khodabakhsh should not be a branch manager as she does not have the ability to deal with customers and instead of trying to diffuse a situation, she escalated it beyond what it needed to be.

Had a great experience checking out my rental initially. But just called to ask a simple question on whether I could return my vehicle to a location closer to where I'm having to purchase my new car- which is 45 min away from me. So you know, I want to make sure I'm doing my due diligence and not get stuck with two cars far from where I live. I was met with an abrupt placement on hold by whatever male sales rep picked up. When he returned he just kept asking if I was still there- over top of my response that I was. At least give me the opportunity to say "yes." Following I, asked my question about the returning my vehicle, he asked me a question back which I responded "yes" to....then he asked he same question again and got annoyed with me....even though I just answered it. I understand being overwhelmed, but I just asked a simple question- I didn't need to be met with hostility or a lack of genuine listening. You wouldn't have so many customer service issues, if you just listened to your customer for a second instead of barreling over them with the same question over and over. I now have to call back or to the different location because I don't feel like my question was actually answered in a definitive way.

I was hit in a hit and run and needed a rental car while mine was in the shop. My insurance covered a car, but I had concerns that the wares I sell at flea markets would not fit. They worked with me and helped upgrade me to a hatchback that could definitely do the job. The car was clean and ran beautifully. Everyone was super friendly and helpful which was so appreciated in the high stress time. Thank you!

I am so happy that I rented a care here! I came from Avis and had a horrible experience. I only had a debit card and they made it such a nightmare to lease I asked for my money back. Enterprise made it so much easier for me. Their policies are fair and the customer service has always been top notch! I am always taken care of promptly and efficiently. I got full coverage and when someone hit me they made the process so simple and even brought a new car to my house the next day. I really only leave reviews if I am really satisfied or really disappointed and I just wanted to take the time to thank them!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We reserved a convertible with several months in advanced for our trip(we thought it would be a cool idea since we can't actually afford one). On the day of the pick-up they didn't have it, and did not care at all....they didn't do anything to find us one and just gave us a random car, telling us that if we wanted a convertible we should go to other locations and see if they have one available....so the money we saved for renting a convertible was wasted on a regular car (THANK YOU), who knows when will we be able to save enough to travel again and to rent a car like that....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER CAR RENTALS COMPANIES IN THE MARKET

Excellent customer service. When I first walked in to pick up my car they had two employees helping about 6 customers. I thought I'd be there forever but the two employees had such great teamwork that they were able to get everyone to their cars pretty fast. Multitasking at it's best. Very happy with my service and my car. I will return to this location to rent again.

I have rented from Enterprise numerous times at several different stores but mostly the Beverly location and I have always had a good experience. The cars have been in very good condition every time. But most importantly, customer service has been textbook superb; the folks who work here are either all naturally friendly and accommodating or at least do a great job of faking it. Seriously, I have seen the staff deal with a whole store full of customers, ringing phones and multiple distractions and not lose their cool. I have always been treated with respect and politeness.
