PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND OTHERS This Hertz location is possibly the worst even though the company as a whole leaves a lot to be desired. However, I'll try to keep this short and simple. 1. I rented a Tesla from this location. Pre-paid via the app 2 days in advance. 2. I arrive and they do not have the car. They have a downgraded version that is also only at half-charge. 3. They ask me to still pay the FULL price even though I'm receiving a downgraded model & will have to charge the car myself. 4. I ask for at least a discount since I'm receiving a lower model car and I specifically paid more to get the longer range from the upgraded model . They refuse to refund me on any part of the rental. 5. I ask to cancel and recieve full refund. They tell me this is impossible to do at the location and force me to call corporate where I danced around with them on the phone for about 30 minutes until finally getting my refund (allegedly because it takes "5 business days" to refund). Save yourself the stress and just use Turo or quite literally ANYONE ELSE.

SCAMMERS Got a rental the beginning of June for 4 ½ days and they charged both my boyfriend and I. They charged us TWICE and also a random no-show fee. How can we be a no-show when we already have the car? It is a mistake on their department for charging us double and they said they'll look into it and refund the extra charge, but It's been 3 weeks and no refund yet.

The worst customer experience I got in LA. They canceled my reservation because I came 10 minutes later. No solution weren't suggested. The guy were unfriendly, hyper egocentric. I'm still waiting for my refund. After 3 weeks I don't believe it anymore. In short, try to avoid them.

Not sure why they even take reservations. Showed up for my reservations and they said they had nothing but sent no communication. Then took my number and added me to the waitlist, and an hour later I looked on the app and they cancelled my reservation entirely, and again 0 communication from the location or hertz support. Enterprise is down the block, save yourself the hassle with hertz.

I have booked a rental car from this location through Expedia and got confirmation number for the next day pick up. As a tourist with family and kids I made my schedule according to the minute I get my rental car and booked to go to universal studio, Disney and visit San Diego as well. After 4 hours (later in the afternoon), someone from Hertz called and said that they have no car available. I asked if he could get any car as did reservations, but he responded that none were available and not even try to help in finding any type of car. Don't support HERTZ and especially this location. Enterprises Car Rental are life saver use them instead, as they are cheaper and more professional.

Rented a car out through my insurance as my vehicle was stolen, I was made aware by my insurance company that I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, since they covered the entire bill,… well, I get there and they charge me a deposit fee, when I return the car, with full tank of gas… they also charge me another fee (even though I brought the car back a week early) … the guy at the counter tells me I should see my deposit back in my account in 3-5 business days… I still have yet to get that money back… also, the car smelt like cigarettes, even though there was several stickers that said no smoking…

Rented a car from here and it completely broke down in the desert (total power failure). I called this location right away to see how they would handle this to which the manager said he had never seen anything like this, we need to handle this ourselves, and began to belittle me while explaining the law of supply and demand. My friend had to call AAA towing and pay out of pocket where we were taken to a separate location that only decided to help us after our tow man told them they needed to help us. When we returned the car, the manager did not apologize or say ANYTHING even remotely friendly to us(did not even greet us). I will say, however, one of his employees did apologize to us and was compassionate. Word of advice to the manager - go to therapy.

They did great on an upsell for the SS Camaro. But got a great discount on the car and full insurance after some negotiating and name dropping (Corporate discounts)
