Rude counter personnel, did not approach us as customer but as rodents it felt. Really would discourage from going here. Made reservation, specific car was not available. (then why did system let me make reservation in the first place ? ) Counter person was very reserved and did not show the will in helping us figure out a way to get the car we needed. We just walked out stumbling of surprise and disgust of this arrogant and unprofessional service. Never again.

I was staying at the Ramada and had to add a friend as a driver, I went about noon new years eve, we went inside and waited for about 10 minutes till a worker without a mask came in and rudely asked us "what do you need?" i told him i needed to add a driver, he then left with another customer, came back 5 minutes later and told us the internet was down and he couldn't add them, while he was using his iPad to help another customer.... the whole time we were there we noticed car keys scattered unattended with customer credit cards in plain view on the front desk. Not only were the workers rude and unprofessional at this location, they are also careless with their customers personal information laying around. I will avoid this location going forward and would recommend anyone else to as well until they get more professional staff.

Chance and Nick did a fantastic job of replacing a vehicle I was assigned that had a broken touch screen. They took the time to drive me to their West LA location and upgrade me into an awesome Dodge Journey. Chance even sanitized the new vehicle himself. I was impressed by their dedication to customer service and look forward to using their service in the future.

My experience at this branch was truly incredible, and it’s all thanks to Eva. Last minute Me and my friends needed a couple specialty cars for the next day. We called up a few other enterprises around the area and all said they can’t help us. When I called this branch, Eva answered and right away she said that she will work on it and get back to me as soon as possible. Within the hour Eva called me back saying she already has 2 cars for us!!! (One of them she really had to go out of her way to get!) By the next day we have all the reserved cars, clean and perfect. The way she dealt with us was just so smooth and enjoyable. I’m definitely going to come back. I just wish All the enterprise staff in all locations would be as great as Eva. Thank you enterprise for hiring such staff.

Exceeded expectations several times over. I rented a vehicle for a day to drive up PCH and to enjoy a dinner in LA later that night. Ke'Juan Feagan provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions promptly with absolute attention to detail. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and to ensure I'd be taken care of. Normally I do not write reviews or buy the insurance provided by enterprise but Ke'Juan insisted it would be a good idea so I followed through and purchased collision protection. LATER that night someone crashed into the back of the SUV I rented while I was at dinner. IF I wouldn't have accepted Ke'Juans advice it would have not turned out good. So thank you Ke'Juan and the Enterprise team! All the best, Antonio Schneider

I was in a car accident, dazed and confused. Eva at the West Hollywood enterprise seamlessly assisted me in getting into a rental. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease. It was very easy to get In touch with the West Hollywood enterprise team whenever I had any questions. Thank You Eva for your excellent customer service!

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this Santa Monica location. I originally went there at 9am to rent a car for my trip and the lady said there was nothing available for one more hour. She said I could go home and will definitely call me within the hour once the car is washed. 3 hours later no phone call and I am late for my trip so I Uber back to that enterprise and they said oh sorry we forgot to contact you. REALLY!! The worst part was now a new person helps me a shorter young man says the car is washed. I go in the car and I notice the smell of SMOKE which I really have a very sensitive feeling towards smoke and I start to feel nauseous if I am around it. I ask the gentlemen nicely if the car smell like smoke to him? because to me it does. He said no it just most likely a newer car smell because this car is newer. I thought ok that makes sense. I drove off to enjoy my trip and within two hours into my trip I start to feel nauseous and I only get that way when I am around smoke. I was vomiting and I saw the car has 20,000 miles so he actually lied to me because the car was not new and the car smell was from cigarette smoke. My entire trip for a week was ruined by this experience I did not even want to drive the car anymore. I was very unhappy with there service they provided and the lie they told me . HONESTLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND DECEIVING

omg my first time visiting LA and picking up a vehicle was a breeze. James was amazing! He gave my friend and I tips on places to go, things to do etc. Best customer service i have experienced in a long time. Truly above and beyond. Will def be back thanks to him and will rent a car from him again!

The staff at the WeHo Ramada Enterprise is the nicest, most helpful staff I've encountered anywhere. They are always genuinely friendly and do what they can to ensure customer satisfaction. When an unruly guest didn't get his way (and was cursing at myself and others in the lobby who pointed out his humiliating behavior), the staff remained pleasant and never lost their cool. We all felt terrible for the service rep, but her smile never broke and she offered everything she could (within her power), despite his attitude. Anytime I've rented last minute and the car I wanted wasn't available, I've either gotten a phone call with other options or the staff offered me the closest available option, often at the same rate as what I originally rented. I come here at least once a month to rent a car, and will continue to do so!
