This is the WORST run place I've ever been in. Super slow inside and out. I tried to order lunch to go last Saturday at the counter because the drive thru was very long. I waited 15 minutes to place my order and never did get to. I left. Too much chaos and horseplay. Someone from upper management needs to secretly send someone to observe what's happening in there. Beyond ridiculous!

Horrible place to work. They will have you work off the clock, on your days off, and if you refuse they will threaten your job. It does no good to contact HR because they will do nothing.

We stopped by on our way to the Helen Kelller birthplace and the food wad classic Jack's but the wait in the drive thru was excessive. It seemed that they fulfilled the order of the person before you before they acvepted you order and began working on it. They left one sandwich our of our order but they apologized and gave a free order of fries to compensate. Maybe just an off evening, no problem.

The food was good. Service was terrible. Two or three of the employees were arguing with each other in front of the customers. The cashier (Ms. Janice) stated she should have been gone thirty minutes earlier so she locked the door so no one else could enter and then stated when we were ready to leave to let her know and she would have to unlock the door. There were several high school students standing behind me waiting to order; when she locked the door they decided to leave. The cashier yelled and told them BYE and that she didn't care if they left or not. It's by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.

They were pretty busy in the drive thru so we did have to wait a few minutes but when we got our order everything was correct and the food was great. The workers were very polite.

I went thru the drive thru and nobody ever spoke to the lady in the car in front of me so she ended up driving away then as I got to the speaker I had sat for a min an nobody spoke to me either so I said hello!??? Then someone spoke very loud rude "could u just give me a min...please!?" "Really could u just give me a min" first of all it had been waayy more than a min to begin with!! Second I was in no rush at all so I would have waited IF SHE HADNT WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO BE SO RUDE!! There was absolutely no reason for that but no worries with an attitude like that I'm sure they won't stay busy long!!

Just watched the young cook, slam an elderly lady's head down on the counter, for asking where her orders was, the elderly woman was the cashier, my wife told her to stop, she then threatened my wife. I called to make a formal complaint, and the manager literally told me I was crazy, that none of that had happened, but the manager was in the back the whole time. This place is a joke, as well as its employees, and managers.

Great food a little slow and more expensive than hardee's. If they would lower prices a little or at LEAST offer coupons like hardees they would run hardees outta town. They have better food but hardees beats them on price by a LOT! And hardees breakfast is second only to Jacks so....

The wait for food is always ridiculous. I hate when the drive thru is so full, the line is way out in the middle of the road where you sit just praying nobody will run into the back of your vehicle... To be honest when I see it like this, I go somewhere else because I've nearly gotten hit multiple times. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to just place the order then another 5-10 minutes to receive it. But the food has been great here lately. I do recommend not going in because you get the rudest woman to greet you, while she rolls her eyes and talks hateful to customers. Go in disguise or send someone in to find out. I won't post names but you'll find out. I guarantee it. That's probably why everyone goes through the drive thru. My wife always loves me to bring her breakfast from here but being in a car accident isn't worth it. Since Mrs Brown left this place has went downhill, I hope you get everything back to where it used to be.
