Just sat in drive threw for five minutes pull around 2 ppl out back smoking 1 in the lobby on her phone and they have the store closed... It's 2:15 what is going on, that's horrible edit I just waited 15 minutes and watched all these cars drive off just to finally get someone at the window. Either the owner should reach out to me or I'll find a way to contact them. This is wild I'd be firing my crew this is poor place for customer service I understand breaks but when WVERYONE takes a break and ignores the customers that's not acceptable I've worked plenty fast food to know! Had my 3 y. O not been screaming his head off for y'all's pizza I'd just drove off! Do better!

You can only place an order thru the drive-thru. There were not ANY pizzas ready, no wings, no bread sticks. I ordered, paid for my food and was instructed to drive around the building and someone would bring the pizza to the car. I waited more than 20 minutes. When I arrived home, I bit into the pizza and parts of the crust and sausage was not completely cooked! The crust was mushy and greasy! I had to put the pizza into the oven to finish cooking it.

This location have longest line with the longest wait time ever. I get to the window and they tell me we only have pepperoni..well what's took so long if u only have one type of pizza available at the time of service. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Ordered ahead for my kids birthday. Got there and manager refused to make our order because "it wasn't on his screen". Took him 30 mins to come to the window to acknowledge the line of cars piling up. Out 70 bucks on terrible pizza.

Yesterday I ordered a hot and greasy soggy mess. I call myself ordering an ExtraMostBestest pepperoni pizza. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. And on top of that it was undercooked. Where is the pepperoni? Where is the crust? I thought I was getting punked 😩 this is some lazy work

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We drove to LC, only to be told for the 2nd or 3rd time that they “can’t” make the deep dish that day. They also claimed that crazy bread has been discontinued, which I’m not seeing any evidence of online. Then we took our pizzas home, and we got this…. What the heck.

NEVER GO TO THE ONE ON ACADEMY DRIVE IN BESSEMER!!! I waited in line for 30 min to place my order. Had to keep honking the horn to even get someone to the window. I just ordered whatever they had ready since I had already waited so long. I couldn’t even eat the pizza it had been there so long. Too hard to even eat. And why is the front door always locked? You can only go through the drive thru yet no one answers the window!!!!

Terrible. Did an online order, went at the correct time. Had to wait in drive through 30 minutes. The doors were locked, there were 6 employess that we saw mostly standing around. The front car had placed an order and waited in line until cooked, instead of driving around and parking. The employee guy would let some in to get food but not others. Food was a mess,

I used to eat here all the time and now I don't know if I ever will again Ordered 1 pizza in the app, said it would be ready in 20 to 24 minutes. Show up at the corresponding time, the front door is locked, so I have to wait at the drive-thru line which was packed. After it took me 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window, my pizza still wasn't ready and waited about another five. Far from impressed
