I'll give Jack's a 5 star because their burgers are awesome. The chicken is great. The fries are not so good anymore. I don't know what happened but they just lost their taste. Even with popcorn salt it's just not there anymore. This is just my opinion so if you like Jack's by all means let them know, I'll stand with you in praising them. My only complaint is the fries but I still eat them. Thank you for your time.

Had to wait on my food for 20 mins with no one in the drive thru charged me extra with no receipt ordered 2 number 2 combos and got 2 number 1 combos. I’ve had multiple problems with this store for some reason. Oh and my burger was a condiment soup sandwich, literally had to wipe the burger off with a napkin

The lady in drive thru was not nice at all. And I order sausage biscuits with strawberry jam. Two biscuits one jam so I ask more and she visibly showed her aggravation.... smh

The service was fast. The lady who took our order was nice and the food was hot! It was the best Jack's experience I've ever had.

The big Breakfast sandwich is always on point here. This location stays busy. Drive thru staff is still extremely friendly even during rush.

I just ordered a Doordash and got a thing of Mashed Potatoes and gravy and they forgot my gravy they even had the little dip where they was gonna put the gravy in it and just left it out. P.S. please don't mess with pregnant people's food.

Jack's is one of the few fast food restaurants in this area that consistently gets my order right. It's usually fast, the food is awesome (I'd recommend the big bacon), and it's cheaper than most places around here. My girlfriend says the chicken tenders are the best around, too. I haven't tried them yet. Keep up the good work, y'all!
