Always a pleasure to get a shipment from these guys. They communicate well and show up when they say they will. I had. Shipment of wood that busted open in transit. They called to let me know and let me come look at it before deciding on accepting delivery. Shipping has been so stressful during Covid but these folks are a bright spot locally.

Wow! This has got to be the worst shipping company. Do not use ps transfer. You will regret it. Terrible customer service and they hold your item till they fell like delivering it. I will never use them again.

The motto of hustle and muscle seems great. From my recent experience on 405 today I would maybe say a bit less hustle might be a great idea. One of the large semi trucks of this company was cruising south through Bothell and Kirkland at 70 mph in the left lane the whole way. I might be wrong, but operating a big rig in the left lane at that speed seems to be pushing the idea of hustle a bit too much. Slow down guys and remember the left lane is not meant for large trucks.

Worst storage unit I've ever had. The key card never works to get me into the building and the lights don't work in my unit. Nobody is available on weekends so if your card isn't working your SOL.

5 stars for the driver, 4 stars for the office. They were challenging to get ahold of initially but ok to deal with. Driver on the other hand was extremely courteous, punctual, and helpful. Be mindful, even if it's a residential delivery it will most likely come on a fullsize semi so plan accordingly.

We have had great service in the times that we have used Peninsula Truck Lines for delivery and pickup. The drivers are friendly and the staff at the office are very helpful.

I called and scheduled a delivery for a certain day. I was told they only had 10a-12 and when I said I already had something scheduled at that time, could I do later, even 1pm? I was told by Jessica the ‘customer service agent’ that she would check with the driver and call me back. She didn’t call me back. So i called again and her response was that she wasn’t able to get ahold of the driver. So i said, fine. I will cancel my appointments so I can be there. She said the driver would call me 30 mins prior. Day of delivery arrives, no phone call. It’s now 11:30 so I call and am told, The driver will be there later. Maybe 2-3pm. I was understandably upset and asked why I had made an appointment if they weren’t going to follow through? I was given a number of excuses by Jessica again. They must’ve ignored my note to be there between 10-12; they loaded the truck wrong; and it isn’t our normal driver. So she said she would reach out to the driver and see if he could change his route to get to me earlier and then she would call me back. She never called. So i called her again. She said that the driver would deliver my order first once he arrived to my city, between 12-1. Along comes 2:30 and no delivery, no phone call. Nothing. So i call my merchant whom I ordered the freight through. I tell them my issues and ask them to reach out to the company. They are told by the dispatch, he hasn’t delivered that yet? He’s in her city, on his way, he’s probably turning on to her street any moment. Fast forward to 9pm and our delivery finally came (11 hours after it was ‘scheduled’ for). The driver stated that there were no notes about the delivery being done at a certain time and it was loaded to be the absolute last delivery of the day. Absolutely no customer service at all. Their ‘customer service agent’ clearly just lied all day and never made any notes about a delivery time, to the driver or the loaders. *Edit- the owner's response that there was no delivery window given to me when my appointment was made is yet another lie. Jessica was very specific in that I had to take 10a-12 and as I stated before, she and I spoke twice about the specific time, as I had even requested a different time and she told me no.

The people at Puget Sound Transfer & Storage are fantastic! John assisted us in retrieving a special Christmas package that arrived late in Port Angeles. They stayed open in order for us to make the two hour drive from Belfair to meet them before they closed for the holiday break. We sincerely appreciate their efforts and great business!

Had a driver acknowledge my address sign and "No tresspassing" sign and that my property was not the address he was looking for and still went 80mph up my drive way ripping up the gravel road. When told he wasnt even remotely close to the address he was looking for I informed him if he knew this prior to driving up the drive. He stated he did. When I informed him he would have to back all the wag down an to watch my fowl which were almost hit prior which he informed me they would move or he would hit them. I called his company to complain and was pretty much told to piss off. At the same time I was watching their driver they apparently didnt know where drivers were to be delivering an said they didnt know shipping locations to even know if it was their company even with the big company name on the side.. in the mean time her driver was parked at my lower feild still tresspassing! He bolted back to my secondary drive and turned around an ripped up the road on the way out. If this is how they handle civil cases and lying to officers I would have to know how they run their company. This company had no rights to use my property an this was beyond disrespectful.

When you try to contact them or return their call this company gives a phone number which nobody ever answers and they do not reply to their voicemail messages. I had ordered a generator from Home Depot that was lost in transit (Don't know if it was PSTS or Estes who lost it, each points fingers at the other) and PSTS called me four days after I cancelled the order and reordered the product to tell me they found the first order and wanted to schedule a delivery. I left 3 messages telling them I had been refunded by Home Depot for that order and if they wanted to deliver a product no one was paying for they were welcome to do so but I never got a call back. Two weeks later they called again to tell me that they had the second order and wanted to deliver it the next day between 9AM and noon, I told them that would be great. Finally at 3 PM after leaving several irritated messages I searched the web and was able to find a phone number in Port Angles that allowed me to speak to live person who informed me the truck was on Bainbridge Island some 20 miles away. He was ready to hang up after that when I interjected "Will he show today?" He replied that the truck ought to be here before five. I told him that I did not appreciate having wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here before noon and asked why no one had called. His only response was that the driver should have called, there was no apology or regret expressed. When the driver finally arrived around 5:00 PM (in complete darkness) he arrived in a 45 foot tractor trailer with no forklift. I had been promised home delivery and here was my 500 lb standby generator 500 ft away from my house up at the street end of my four house stub road. There was no way to get it off of the truck as he had no lift gate and no way to get it to the house if we could have gotten it off of the truck. What kind of delivery company assumes a homeowner owns a forklift. I had him deliver it to the Home Depot store and then paid them $80 for the free delivery. Unfortunately I had no choice in this instance but to use Puget Sound Transfer & Storage as Estes (Whom Generac ships with) chose them as their local carrier for Kitsap County however I would never willingly call them and suggest you should not do so either.
