It's in an older storefront and it's okay. I've seen much more stocked Jo-Ann's in other areas.

I'm starting a new project with an approaching deadline. I wish I'd gotten the employees name because she was SO helpful...taking time to put samples together to help make decisions! I went there for sewing needles and the selection was terrible! They have more choices for felt squares then needles for sewing and it's a fabric shop not a craft store.

Like most stores in our area the service is great,just don't have enough new stock not because of anything that the staff has done they just are not receiving all of their orders.

Very huge selection. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I do not like when a store offers a coupon for 40%off any regular priced item, when everything is on sale, but other stores do that too.

Despite being in a small town, this is an excellent Joann. Well stocked, often with fabrics big city stores have run out of. Extra friendly and helpful employees. Always clean. I stop here every time I am in the area.

This is a smaller Joann’s with a lot of the same stock as the bigger stores, but it’s hyper-focused on fabric and sewing. I had a bad experience today here - as usual, they have 40%-50% off coupons in the app that can only be applied to regular-priced items. This store is so small that after almost an hour searching, the only thing that wasn’t on sale were the pens at the front of the store. Every single aisle was on some sort of sale, even if missing a tag near the product. I tried to take advantage of this 4/$5 deal on paints, which looks like all of this qualifies. See photo. I get up front and while the checkout girl is so sweet, she couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting the deal. In comes another older associate who comes in with the sass that one of them is $1.99 and not $1.49. I explain no, it’s all of these brands 4 for 5. She says it’s only on the 1.49 ones. I say I was literally just there, nothing about them having to be a different price? She says it’s highlighted in the fine print. Sure. Look at this fine print that’s CROSSED OUT in dark green marker. Poor checkout girl has had to deal with this issue numerous times today because it’s not clear and people keep grabbing the wrong ones. I wonder how many of these tiny fine prints on sale items in EVERY AISLE have been covered in dark green.

Best Joann’s I’ve been in for years. Just awesome fabrics plus tons of other stuff and the staff is helpful and nice.
