Twice now, I've needed recommendations for the type and weight of fabric to use on a particular project (things I was winging, so there were no pattern recommendations) and each time I've really benefited from talking the situation through with the people at the cutting counter. Great advice.

Not many employees. Friendly staff. Online pickup is done through the checkout cashier. No clear signage for that had to wander to find a staff member to find where online pickup is. Only 1 cashier & line 4 deep. Next time I'll just do curbside pickup.

I just purchased foam and was on sale 40% but the sale associate didn’t give me 40% off. She was rude and didn’t answer my question. My husband also asked her about 40% off but she didn’t even look or answer him. She did 40% off for the other customer but didn’t for me because she was racist because I’m wearing hijab. I’m not buying anything from here again and don’t recommend others too. I would’ve ask the manager if they treat the customers like she did unfortunately.

Lovely lady at the cutting table(black lady w/blonde hair, sorry I didn't get her name). Very friendly and gets the job done and makes you feel like your very important! Sales lady on the floor working with yarn asked how I was as I was passing. Cashier up front also friendly and quick and she made a comment because she had to type in all the numbers. Great customer service today!

I make lots of things on my spare time from resin Geodes,bird houses, every type or style of men or women's bracelets, rear vehicle mirror dangles to even my own area or bathroom rugs and this place WILL have what I need to get the job done. I highly recommend Joann fabric and crafts store

This was my first time coming to this location and I was impressed with how big the location was. They had a lot of space in between each aisle so you don’t feel cramped next to your fellow shoppers. The store was very clean and stocked with a variety of crafts and decorations for the home. They had a large selection of fall items already which was very impressive. ( yes I agree it’s a little early for it but hey it was also nice to see). I came here to get Diamond Dots as I went to the Michael across the street and they didn’t have a lot to choose from. Joann has a high selection from beginners to advances and so many choices from Disney, Marvel, Animals and landscape designs. We got three different Diamond Dots and our excited to try this out. The line was a bit long but Kiern ( not sure that’s spelt right) came to the rescue. He was supper friendly and made the situation of the long line not seem so long!

Ouch!! All the lace I liked was pricey. They had sweet looking materials for kid outfits for girl's. But 29 a yard for that green one. I did find an alternative to that though for 5 dollars...
