This shop is the worse place to get major work done. Poor communication, they are not knowledgeable on diagnosing why certain repairs need to be done. They go back and forth with each other on what to do. I had to use this location because it was the closest to where my truck broke down. After paying $1100 my truck has the same issue and can't be driven. Their reply was it was working when they tested it and they will repair it again for another $900. I even contacted the district manager and he basically told me 'too bad'. Terrible, horrible and expensive experience. I would NOT go there for anything more than an oil change, wiper blades or air for a tire because they do not know about major auto repair issues.

Our family is on a fixed income. Midas repaired and or replaced the brakes, pads, rotors, calipers, bearings, and wheel bearings on our 2000 Ford van that we rely on as the only transportation for my wheelchair bound wife. They also changed our oil. Thanks to the diligence of our mechanic Louis, we were able to save over $1000. He went above and beyond. My son goes to school in Milwaukee, and we were looking for a good places for him to do general repairs on his VW GTI. Due to the proximity of this location to his school, we selected this Midas and have been THRILLED with the ho eat and thorough service that Austin and his team provided. They went above and beyond to diagnose my sons car and provided amazing service and transparency at every point. We could not feel more lucky to have decided to give this place a try. These guys gave me the good will I really needed last Thursday. I was already dealing with a dead battery on my car at work from the night before and the unnecessarily frustrating experience of obtaining the battery I wanted via retail. I get to work in my wife's car, get out, and hear hissing from a tire. It's flat in 10's of minutes. Now I've got two undriveable cars at work... and I've had it... I'm done. I'd never been to Midas but figured I'd give them a try. I stood behind one other customer fully expecting when it was my turn I'd be queued in line and waiting to have the tire looked at. When I explained my tire situation and asked how long it would be, Midas told me to pull on over in front of a bay. One of the mechanics took a look right away, prepped the plug, pulled the screw, plugged the hole, filled the tire with air, and my newest problem was solved in under 15 minutes. I was astonished when I was told there was no charge for it either. With this good will brightening my day, I went to work on changing out the battery in my other car and had my whole day turned around in 40 minutes from the time I first walked over to Midas. Needed a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in same day. Great, friendly service from phone call to check-in to check out. I mentioned that one of my tires seemed to have a slow leak. They checked it, found a hole and patched it up. All they seemed to care about was keeping me aware of how things were going and ensuring I was satisfied. Place to go if you are looking for customer service and care. Highly satisfied. Went into this location because I had a tire that was leaking. Unfortunately, because of where the screw was in the tire, they couldn't fix it. Even though they couldn't fix it, they gave me some great options for replacement. I would 100% go to this shop again. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service: Tires

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! Austin and his crew were very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. A “friend” damaged our car and decided to get it towed here; this person basically put us in a bad situation with our car and decided to ghost before getting our car fixed. In the past, because of insurances and such, we normally took our car to the actual dealerships; but I’m extremely happy with the service I received here at Midas. The crew here knew about our situation and was trying out alternatives to help us get our car running again without paying thousands of dollars upfront. They were at it for a few hours and finally got our car to run smoothly when it had initially couldn’t even start. They walked us through everything and answered our questions kindly and professionally. Austin made sure everything was good to go one step at a time, including doing a few test drives. Though a bad situation led us to this Midas, we will be returning here whenever we need to get our car fixed again! Services: Oil change, Engine repair
