unprofessional tacky staff looks unkept asked to speak with manager and a man named Kita walked out. he was really rambunctious and swore a lot. he mentioned i could speak to someone named Wanda and that person was unprofessional, unkept and was scratching her private area. extremely disgusted.

Called inquiring a part for my SUV, spoke with a young man named Dorian. Impeccable customer service. He went above his duty to help me by placing me on hold while calling another store to ensure the part I was looking for was there and asking them to hold it for me.
