Just did my second truck rental with Ryder. I rented a 16 foot box truck. The truck was nice, quiet, clean, easy to drive. The people there are great. Professional but easy going, pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone I dealt with, from my first call, to everyone there, were great! It's unfortunately rare these days to run across a company that's simply professional and staffed with good people, but I did at Ryder. A+!

we have been renting from this location for 6 years now. We rent a tractor for 4 weekends in September/October. the trucks are always clean and very mechanically maintained. I come in on Saturday and everything is ready to go. Check out is fast and I'm on my way. Thank you Ryder.

Went to the Ryder in Milwaukee on 108th St. Had a PM scheduled with some repairs that needed to be done. There was no communication between mechanics on rotating shifts, so my truck just sat there. I had to call up there and found what was going on myself. When I called NO ONE knew nothing of my truck even being there!!!. I end up going up there taking my truck to get repaired somewhere else. This Ryder was very unprofessional and a big waste of time.
