My husband went in to rent a truck 🚚 and stood and waited for over 15-20 minutes while the man on the phone never even acknowledged him, even after he was taking care of a Caucasian lady. I guess my (African American) husband was not important enough to acknowledge(WOW, WOW,) THANKS FOR NOTHING.... I REALLY WISH I COULDN'T GIVE A STAR .... ~Pastor

Good truck leasing service to do work with. Not any of these companies are without fault. I have worked with companies that are so much worse and do not care for customers appropriately. Not perfect, but good, probably the best in our state. ~bossplaier

We rented a 16 foot truck and car trailer to drive from Wisconsin to Arizona. Gilly called us a few hours before we were scheduled to pick up our truck to verify our reservation and to state that he had everything ready for our arrival, which was very nice! We arrived and Gilly already had the truck hooked up to the trailer and made the whole process quick and simple. He even helped us put the tire straps we had brought (needed larger ones due to large tires of the car being towed) to ensure everything was safely done. Gilly helped get a super stressful and long road trip off to a great start, and we had no problems or issues along the way. This place is the absolute worst dealer in Milwaukee. They have absolutely no sense of urgency. I dropped my truck off and it’s been hell since. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and my truck is still sitting and I’m stuck with no revenue. Service department treat me like I’m bothering them when I ask them when will they do the work. ~Mopar
