Cheryl Edward's was very disrespectful to me for no reason at all. I don't think she's racist but, she is absolutely bias to people of color with a very high ego. I called inquiring about a rental and she hung up in my face and then refused to answer the phone afterwards. I then went to the ryder location to ask her about rentals and address the situation and she was extremely arrogant and rude. I told her that I was filing a complaint against her and she said my opinion will not matter because she has 30 years of service experience. While she was gathering the information so I could report her, she continued being rude and told me not to come back. I was very calm and said very little. I also have her video recorded being rude if anyone wants to see. She should not be the face of this Ryder location if she turns potential customers away.
