*** UPDATE*** I DID like the service. Then I found out you have to be in their lot before you get to see that service. My 74 yr old father was stranded & needed a jump. He was about 3 blocks away at Walgreen's on Murdock. Nope, can't do anything. Called O'Reilly's Auto Parts (in the SAME area BTW), they were there in 5 minutes. They were not able to fix the issue, but didn't charge him for coming AND gave my father 2 places that could help. Because of O'REILLY'S great customer service... my father was home, with his car FIXED - in LESS THAN 2 HOURS. Come on AutoZone, really? You couldn't be bothered or something? Boo.

Online ordering is not user friendly the same for attempting to discounts and gift cards. This required me to make a second purchase in store to get the right part.

My preference for auto parts stores. They can get you wat you need normally with in a day. Nice rewards program. Most of the employees have basic knowledge of automobile repair which is better than the other auto parts stores in town. Oh yes and they will scan your engine light for free without sales pressure

5 star service from Sui Long. I was having trouble ordering a part with a coupon code because an almost impossible to discover technicality existed on the website. After calling the store and the issue of why being unknown, I received a call back from Sui after he took the initiative on his own to figure out the complicated problem and explained it to me and I successfully order my parts. Thank you Sui, that was far above and beyond customer service you just do NOT find anymore these days.
