I stopped at this o'reilly because my radiator was out of fluid and the guy was so helpful He helped me get the proper radiator fluid and some stop leak because I told him I think I Had a hole or a pen hole in my Radiator Great service I made it home safely Thanks again

The young men were helpful. All in all I purchased additional materials and when I had the pick up these items, apparently was given something I didn't need. So, was not pleased.

Horrible customer service walk-in never got greeted by an employee. On her phone watching TikTok when I get to the front desk and ask for help, employee takes her time getting off her phone plus I had to tell the employee just give the part # and I will go get it since you don't even look like you want to be here.

I came into the store at 8 a.m. to have my check engine light diagnosed. Due to Covid-19 protocol I had to check it myself. When I came back in with the codes, the guy at the register told me that he doesn't have time to print off all seven codes that the computer was generating. I asked why not? He told me he could do a few...but he doesnt have "time" to do all 7. He said he was "busy" in the back. Mind you...its 8am. I'm the ONLY customer in the store. So I left. I didnt catch the mans name. He is the fat black guy with the unkempt hair.The man was too lazy to help a customer (the only customer) at 8am. It's a shame because this is my neighborhood store. I now need to find a new location to shop.

I called and was met with a polite professional greeting, I inquired about what I needed and was promptly provided with the info I needed. When I came into the store the behavior followed suit, plus the person on staff assisted with removing and replacing my car battery. Could the store have been in better shape as far as the counters and racks...sure but I'm still giving 5 stars because the rating for me is based on the parts I needed and how well I was serviced and I have no suggestions in that area!
