This place really cares for their customer from my experience :) Myra C. the Hub Specialist went above and beyond with customer service and gave me a quick crash course on how to change my battery and alternator! She was patient with me asking my questions too! I definitely feel less anxious about my car now and more confident in using YouTube to supplement me in my procedure now. I would recommend her and this AutoZone for sure :) .

Re: AutoZone - 10202 W Silver Spring Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53225 I called at least 5 auto parts stores this morning, and none of them were interested in being of any kind of assistance...including the AutoZone 2 minutes from my house. Finally, I called an AutoZone almost 20 minutes away, and Noah answered. He was pleasant, helpful, and informative. When I came into the store he even went out to my car to make sure he was selling me the correct part. Thank you again, Noah, for making what is usually a very stressful experience a very good experience instead. *On the phone, I thanked him for treating me like a human being, as the other places I called did not.

horrible customer service. i walked in today while one of the associates was screaming into the phone, and swearing. i was really taken back by her behavior. i believe her name was tiara. she was cussing and yelling back and forth with someone and continued the display after the phone call. extremely unprofessional.

My windshield wipers cracked off in the middle of a snowstorm after 10:30pm. Courtney was so helpful when he answered the phone at Autozone. He confirmed that he had everything that I needed in this predicament. Courtney was so thorough and encouraging when he spoke to me. He verified that he had the replacement items that I needed for my older car, and assured me that he would help me in every way possible. I am so grateful that Courtney was still in good spirits at such a late hour in such bad weather. Thank you again!

AutoZone is AWESOME! After wasting over $700 at two different mechanics, I discovered that The AutoZone offers a free service of doing a diagnostic on vehicles that have an system malfunction light that is on. I took my car there and in literally less than 5 minutes, were able to tell me what the actual issue was with my car and the part I needed to fix it. I bought the part, which was only $35 and had a mechanic replace it for me. PROBLEM SOLVED! Thank you to the AutoZone for helping me finally resolve the issue with my car! What a blessing they are! The employees there were so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say that about a lot of places these days. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and I will go there again in the future! Great place and awesome employees!❤🎉

I came in at 730 in the evening on Labor Day. Not only were the employees considerate and helpful but Steven, the manager, actually came outside and helped change what I needed on my vehicle to keep me safe. Great store with friendly employees!
