They did the alignment correct for the most part, but they couldn't do anything about the camber I have. Plus also since my car is lowered they ended up bottoming my car out to get it on the alignment rack.

Much appreciation to Nate and the entire team at Pomp's. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. They immediately met me where I was stranded on the side of an interstate off ramp during the snowfall. Very friendly, very prompt and at a very fair price. Thank you for getting me back on the road so fast. Highly recommend the Pomp's location in Abbotsford, WI.

Always a good experience when Pomp's does work for me. The mechanic test drove my car to confirm my suspicions, then did an excellent job of installing the parts I had purchased from a third party! We were on our way to a doctor appointment in Eau Claire (a another hour or so away) when low pressure light came on. We pulled into Pomp’s and they were able to get to us right away and patch the leak. We were out quick and made it to our doctor appointment on time.

I stopped at Pomp’s tire service to investigate a tire that had a slow leak that was previously repaired by another tire shop. As I was midway in my trip and had another 2 hours before reaching my final destination, they quickly got me in and had me out the door within 45 minutes. As the tire was ruined beyond repair, they were able to provide me with a solution to get me back on the road safely!

It was good service, they didn't have a technician at the moment, but they found someone, I will like be faster then have to wait 6 hrs, and at least a discount for the waiting. I think 330 dollars is too much for buy 2 tires, and I will like to have alignment included for the money that I paid, anything else was good

I picked up a bolt in my tire and being a on the road salesman was outside of my area of familiar service. Fortunately, I was able drive my car here and the guys got me in and back on the road in a short time and didn’t cost me a fortune. They were friendly and quick! They made what could have been a nightmare into a very big blessing. Thanks for your help! Great place!

Excellent service, great prices, with free rotating and rebalancing. No automatic charge for alignment, they check it and charge a nominal fee if it is needed. Their service staff are all well informed and they treated my wife very well when she took our vehicle in. Oil change was quick and a great price. I don’t know any of them personally, I don’t work for them either ! My wife goes there and is treated like the intelligent human being she is !
