Had a nail in rear tire. Called and set appt to get two new tires replaced in the back. I had an issue with already another location and thought I'd give this one a try. I was in a rush and didn't notice at the time for a simple tire change then realized they replaced the two front and my rear still is going flat and had the nail in it. They asked all this info when I made the appointment and even told them which tires. They said since it wasn't noted properly there was no way to go back and verify. So they just choose whatever tires to swap at random? Have it lifted and cant notice the nail sticking out? They check everything else to tell you whats wrong with your car but cant see that. Then want to work out a deal to replace the tire I had already paid for and they don't take any responsibility for there mess up and now i still have to pay to replace a tire for the whole reason I brought it in the first place.I've had only two bad experiences my whole life with car services and both have been tires plus.

Their hours listed are wrong and I’m not sure what they are. Google says it was updated/confirmed 4 days ago. I stopped by around 5:30pm and the store was closed. Their website says they should’ve been open as well. My online appointment was also canceled

Finally !! A shop that is genuinely concerned about their customers’ safety . I had a sudden onset of mechanical noises on my way home from out of town . I just needed a diagnosis and peace of mind that I was still OK to drive safely. I stopped at Firestone , was turned away. I called Currie Auto , was turned away . I passed Tires Plus On my way home and decided to turn around and pray that they would see me. As soon as I walked in and explained the situation to Darren , he said ,” We’re a little busy But let’s get it up into the air and just make sure that you are safe and we’ll take it from there. Which is exactly what they did right away. It was a busted exhaust neck 😅. Part has been ordered and will be taken care of ASAP . My family and I have a new repair shop .

Great place, nice workers, and very helpful. I thought I was having trouble with the front tires and it turned out to be the back tires. They were very thorough. They took care of the issue and sent me on my way at no cost.

What an experience at Tires Plus in Pewaukee!!! Kathy and her team of hard working and considerate people have been absolutely outstanding. I won’t trust anyone else with my car but them. They made sure my car was in great conduction and went above and beyond for me. Kathy even called to check up after I left the shop! UNBELIEVABLE! I would highly recommend tires plus in Pewaukee! THANK YOU!!!

Not usually the kind to leave reviews, but here it is.... I've been coming to this location for a while now, but I am done. Had work done here (pads, rotors, callipers) and my car is making louder noises than before it went in. Person behind the counter, (Kathy?) was of very little help. Didn't seem to care that I wasn't happy with the work that I paid a lot of money for.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day thanks to Bryan. When I got there Tony was a great help and answered all my questions about the new tires I was getting and my questions regarding alignments. I got constant updates from when my car got into the shop and when it got done. Bryan also called and let me know about my tpm sensors being dead and asked if I would like them replaced. The customer service is amazing here. Definitely would recommend this store to my family and friends. I will also be returning to get more work done on my car and any future car I have.

I was told by another store my tire was not repairable. I came to this store to have a new tire installed. Staff decided the tire was repairable saving me hundreds of dollars. They also kept me informed on the progress of my service. All around great customer service. Brian, Ethan, and Austin nice job.

Great place! Great prices. Was able to call and make and appointment and they were able to get my tires done the same day very quickly. Bryan and Tony were both very caring people and kept me updated on the progress of my car. Will definitely return and be coming back for more work done
